背景技术
这种输送系统从美国专利US 5,431,589中已知。在该专利中描述了可潜水浮筒,其包括承载带有挠性软管的卷轴的可旋转转台和系船缆索。该浮筒经由铰接管与支撑在海床上的管线相连,该管线例如延伸到用于液化天然气(LNG)的岸上(陆上)存储和处理设备。

升降装置可以包括沿浮筒的圆周的辊子或其它的软管支撑装置。在优选实施例中,卷轴可朝向水平面降低或可远离水平面升高。在存储期间,卷轴远离水平面被上升到干燥位置(例如,在装载和/或卸载结构包括浮筒的情况下通过卸去压载)。在卷绕和展开期间,卷轴靠近水平面(刚好在上方或下方),以使得挠性软管(最好包括漂浮软管)被容易地存储在卷轴装置上,并且展开和连接至油船或液货船(tanker)。在装载和/或卸载结构包括浮筒的情况下,卷轴可以通过利用水压载浮筒而降低。挠性软管可以具有数百米或更长的长度。例如,对于LNG运输船的船中央LNG卸载,至少需要200米的软管。
当挠性软管处于卷轴上的卷绕位置并且没有流体从低温处理和/或存储结构被输送或没有流体输送到低处理和/或存储结构时,两个管道部分互连,且低温流体经由第一或主管道从处理和/或存储结构循环到互连管道部分并且通过第二或返回管道返回至处理和/或存储结构。处理和/或存储结构可以位于离岸结构上,但优选地由岸上输入/输出设备组成。
离岸装载和/或卸载结构可以包括终端设备或装卸站(terminal),在一个实施例中设置系泊装置,例如转台,以及通过连接到转台上的缆索系泊油船的连接装置。
从处理和/或存储结构延伸到装载和/或卸载结构的两根管道可以具有数公里的长度,并且优选由硬管组成,其至少具有16英寸、优选为24英寸的直径,其中该装载和/或卸载结构可以是单点系泊装载和/或卸载终端设备。管道可以是分离管道或者可以是一根管道设置在另一管道之内(管中管结构)。在离岸装载和/或卸载结构上或附近的两根管道之间延伸的互连管道可以由互连的柔性管线或刚性管线组成,但是,优选地由卷起的挠性软管组成,以使得该软管在不工作的所有时间内保持低温冷却。
在一个实施例中,装载和/卸载结构包括经由锚线连接到海床(海底)的可压载浮筒,例如CALM浮筒。通过软管的卷绕和展开,浮筒被压载,从而使得卷轴位于靠近水平面的位置。在卷绕位置,浮筒被卸掉压载,从而使得卷轴位于水平面上方的足够距离处。在另一实施例中,装载和/卸载结构包括搁置在海床上的塔架,卷轴朝向海平面或离开海平面沿塔架升高或降低。
本发明还提供一种将低温流体从存储和/或处理结构输送到离岸装载和/或卸载结构的方法,该装载和/或卸载结构包括基座和可围绕一竖直轴线相对于所述基座旋转的卷轴装置,第一和第二管道从该流体存储和/或处理结构延伸至该装载和/或卸载结构,一互连管道部分在该第一和第二管道的端部之间延伸,一挠性软管可围绕该卷轴装置卷绕,并且其第一端可与该管道相连,其第二端可与一油船相连,该方法包括以下步骤:
-在冷却阶段中,将该卷轴装置置于水平面的上方,围绕该卷轴装置卷绕该软管,并通过输送管道从该存储和/或处理结构向该装载和/或卸载结构提供冷却流体,所述第一和第二管道被互连,以形成用于将低温流体从存储和/或处理结构经由所述第二管道通过软管或互连管道部分并经由所述第一管道返回到存储和/或处理结构的流体通路,以及
在输送阶段中:
-朝向水平面降低该卷轴装置,
-至少部分地从该卷轴装置展开该挠性软管,
-将该挠性软管的第二端与所述油船相连,以及
-在所述存储和/或处理结构与所述油船之间供应低温流体。
从美国专利US 3,472,536中已知一种CALM浮筒,其具有可围绕一竖直轴线旋转的卷轴,以用于存储柔性碳氢化合物输送软管,该专利结合于此作为参考。从美国专利US 6,244,053中已知一种输送方法,其经由两根输送管道将LNG输送到储存罐,在停机时间通过由两根LNG输送管道组成的闭环重复循环LNG,该专利结合于此作为参考。
在此使用的术语“低温”意指包括-80℃以下的温度。

具体实施方式
图1示出了低温输送系统1,其包括岸上存储和/或处理站2以及离岸终端设备,在该例子中由单点系泊浮筒3形成离岸终端设备。浮筒3通过悬链锚定腿4锚定到海床5上。油船6通过连接到浮筒的转台8上的缆索7系泊到浮筒3上。转台8可围绕竖直轴线10旋转(在此使用的“竖直”意指包括与水平方向至少成45度角的方向)。油船6经由柔性的漂浮软管12与岸上站2流体连接,柔性的漂浮软管12连接到沿海床延伸到岸上结构2的第一管道13。第二管道14平行于管道13延伸,并且通过封闭装置15关闭其端部。分支管道部分16将管道13和14互连。
在油船6的低温流体卸载期间,低温流体经由柔性漂浮软管12供给到管道13,并经由分支管道16供给到管道14,以输送到岸上站2。当不输送低温流体时,软管12与油船6脱开,并例如通过转台8围绕竖直轴线10相对于浮筒3的固定基座18的旋转卷绕在浮筒3的卷轴装置17上。
在软管12围绕着浮筒3卷绕之后,从油船6脱开的挠性软管12的自由端可以保持脱离,如图2a所示,或者可以连接到管道14的端部,其中封闭装置15被打开,如图3a所示。然后,低温流体在压力(例如,10巴)下循环,以从岸上站2经由返回管道14、选择性地通过软管12并经由管道13返回到岸上站2。
岸上站2可以包括LNG、LPG或氮液化设备、处理设备(用于水分离和净化)、发电站、存储设备或任何其它低温结构(structure)。低温结构2可以置于岸上,如图1的实例所示,但也可以位于离岸位置,搁置在海床的支柱或台架上,或漂浮着,例如支撑在驳船上。
主输送管道和返回输送管道13和14可以由挠性软管组成,但优选地由设有用于防止热传入管道内的隔热件的刚性管道组成。管道13和14可以具有平行配置,但为了提高其隔热性,优选同心配置。
图2a示出了与图1所示相似类型的低温输送结构的俯视图,其中相同的附图标记用于指示类似的部件。在图2a中,挠性软管12处于其冷却或空闲状态下,并且围绕卷轴装置17卷绕数次。挠性软管12的第一端20连接到管道13的端部22。软管12的第二端23设有流体接头,并能够连接到油船6。在图2a所示的空闲或冷却阶段,低温流体、例如液化天然气或液化氮以相对低的流速从存储和/或处理结构2经由管道14、通过分支管道部分16并通过返回管道13返回进行循环,以保持管道13和14处于低温例如-160℃、10巴的压力下,但使得不出现低温流体的任何主要气化。管道13和14可以具有50米到数公里的长度,在装载和/或卸载之前,保持这些管道处于低温下,以防止长的冷却时间(例如20小时)。
在图2b中,显示出通过沿箭头A的方向围绕竖直轴线10旋转卷轴装置使挠性软管12从卷轴装置17展开。在展开之前,例如通过压载浮筒3,软管12朝向水平面24下降。第二端23连接到油船6上的管子。低温流体经由管道13和14输送到软管12,或反之亦然。
在图3a中,在冷却状态中,软管12被卷绕在卷轴17上。软管12的第一端部20连接到返回管道13的端部22,软管12的第二端部23通过可松脱/可分离的管接头(coupling)26、27连接到主管道14的端部22’。阀28设置在分支管道道16中,其在图3a所示的冷却状态中被关闭,其中低温流体这样供给,即通过主管道14、经由卷绕在卷轴17上的软管12、并经由返回管道13返回到处理/存储结构2。软管12通过松脱管接头26、27被置于输送状态中。管接头的部件26形成管道14的关闭端部件,其以无流体泄漏的方式密封。分支管道16中的阀28被打开,并且管接头部件27连接到油船6。低温流体经由管道13、14从结构2供给至软管12并进入油船6,或反之亦然。
在可替换实施例中,可以省略图3a和3b所示的分支管道16,在这种情况下,只有管道13可用于结构2和船只6之间的流体输送。当分支管道16被省略并且只有管道13可用于LNG的输送时,也可以通过分离的软管将管道14的管接头26直接连接到油船6的管道系统,以用于汽化气体到站2的输送。根据LNG装载和/或卸载容量的需要,可以使用多根互连的输送管道13、14和多根挠性软管12,以用于低温输送系统,从而在冷却状态中获得一个或多个闭合环路。
在图4中,示出了处于冷却状态中的可压载浮筒(浮子)30,其中软管12被卷绕在水平面24上方的卷轴装置17上。浮筒30是可压载的。链台18经由锚定链连接到海床,而环形浮筒主体31被马达驱动器32驱动,从而可相对于链台18围绕竖直轴线10旋转。
在图5的实施例中,示出了可压载浮筒30,软管12卷绕在卷轴装置17上,卷轴装置17连接到可旋转转台35上。转台35通过马达驱动器32相对于固定浮筒主体18旋转。
在图6的实施例中,卷轴装置17被固定连接到浮筒主体18上。软管12的第一和第二端20、23连接到转台35上,转台35通过马达驱动器32驱动旋转。
在图7的实施例中,软管12在水平面24的上方的定位不是通过浮筒30的卸去压载来实现,而是通过旋转连接到转台35上的卷轴装置17来实现。软管通过沿浮筒主体横向延伸的多个辊子36在从水平面24的下方向上延伸至卷轴装置17的向上路径中被导向。通过转台35的旋转,漂浮的软管在辊子36上围绕卷轴17被拉拽,辊子36可围绕其纵轴自由旋转。
在图8的实施例中,示出了塔架40,其中管道13、14在搁置在海床35的支柱41中内部延伸。卷轴装置17和软管12被支撑在围绕支柱延伸的支撑框架42上,其中该框架可经由升降装置43沿支柱41上升和下降。
在图9的实施例中,支撑框架42设有压载罐44,其能够装入水或通过压缩空气被排空,以降低或升高支撑框架42。
图10示出了根据本发明的可压载浮筒30的剖面图,其具有链台18,一中心芯体54支撑在该链台18上。可围绕芯体54旋转的环形体60被轴向-径向轴承53和径向轴承61支承。管道13、14通过中心芯体54延伸到歧管55,通过该歧管55,上述管道连接至径向导管56、57。挠性软管12以处于一水平平面中的多个同心环的形式被支撑在卷轴装置17上。经由泵和阀组件58,水能够导入浮筒30的压载舱59。
图11示出了处于冷却位置的图10的浮筒30,其中在压载舱59中没有水,软管12被支撑在水平面上方的干燥位置,并在一水平平面中围绕环形体60卷绕。低温流体通过管道13、14并通过软管12循环。在从卷轴装置17展开软管之前,压载罐59通过操作泵和阀组件58并且通过将水导入罐59中被充填,从而使得软管12浸没到水平面24的下方,如图12所示。最后,图13示出了通过拆开管接头26、27、径向导管56被封闭装置26关闭、展开软管12、管接头27被连接到油船上从而使软管12置于其输送状态。低温流体经由管道13、径向导管57和展开的漂浮挠性软管12供给。
Claims (12)
1.一种低温输送系统(1),包括:
-低温流体存储和/或处理结构(2),
-离岸装载和/或卸载结构(3,30,40),其包括基座(18,41)和可围绕一竖直轴线(10)相对于所述基座旋转的卷轴装置(17),
-输送管道(13,14),其从该流体存储和/或处理结构(2)延伸至该装载和/或卸载结构(3,30,40),
-挠性软管(12),其可围绕该卷轴装置(17)卷绕,并且其第一端(20)可与该管道(13,14)相连,其第二端(23)可与一漂浮结构(6)相连,
其特征在于:
该输送管道包括第一和第二管道(13,14),每个管道具有位于该装载和/或卸载结构(3,30,40)处或附近的端部(22,22’),该挠性软管(12)的第一端(20)可与至少该第一或第二管道的端部(22)相连,
在冷却状态中,该挠性软管(12)卷绕在该卷轴装置(17)上,该卷轴装置位于水平面(24)的上方并且可围绕所述竖直轴线(10)旋转,一互连管道部分(12,16)在该第一和第二管道(13,14)的所述端部(22,22’)之间延伸,以形成用于将低温流体从存储和/或处理结构(2)经由所述第二管道(14)通过互连管道部分(12,16)并经由所述第一管道(13)返回到存储和/或处理结构(2)的流体通路,
在输送状态中,该挠性软管(12)至少部分地从该卷轴装置(17)展开,并且其第二端(23)与该漂浮结构(6)相连,
该装载和/或卸载结构(3,30,40)包括升降装置(36,43,58,59),以用于朝向水平面(24)降低该挠性软管(12)从而将该挠性软管置于输送状态,以及远离水平面升高该挠性软管(12)从而将该挠性软管置于冷却状态。
2.如权利要求1所述的低温输送系统(1),其特征在于,该升降装置包括可相对于水平面升高或降低的浮筒。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的低温输送系统(1),其特征在于,该互连管道部分包括该挠性软管(12)。
4.如权利要求3所述的低温输送系统(1),其特征在于,该输送管道中的一个管道(14)的端部(22’)与该挠性软管(12)可松脱地连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的低温输送系统(1),其特征在于,所述与挠性软管(12)可松脱地连接的端部(22’)设有端部封闭装置(26)。
6.如权利要求1所述的低温输送系统(1),其特征在于,该第一和第二管道(13,14)的所述端部(22,22’)经由一形成所述互连管道部分(12,16)的一部分的分支管道部分(16)互连。
7.如权利要求1所述的低温输送系统(1),其特征在于,该装载和/或卸载结构(3,30)包括可压载浮筒,该基座(18)被系泊到海床(5)上。
8.如权利要求1所述的低温输送系统(1),其特征在于,该基座包括搁置在海床(5)上的支柱(41)。
9.如权利要求1所述的低温输送系统(1),其特征在于,所述离岸装载和/或卸载结构(3,30,40)包括用于使该卷轴装置围绕所述竖直轴线(10)旋转的驱动装置。
10.如权利要求1所述的低温输送系统(1),其特征在于,该卷轴装置(17)具有至少10米的直径。
11.如权利要求1所述的低温输送系统(1),其特征在于,该输送管道(13,14)包括刚性管。
12.一种将低温流体从存储和/或处理结构输送到离岸装载和/或卸载结构的方法,该装载和/或卸载结构包括基座和可围绕一竖直轴线相对于所述基座旋转的卷轴装置,第一和第二管道从该流体存储和/或处理结构延伸至该装载和/或卸载结构,一互连管道部分在该第一和第二管道的端部之间延伸,一挠性软管可围绕该卷轴装置卷绕,并且其第一端可与该管道相连,其第二端可与一油船相连,该方法包括以下步骤:
-在冷却阶段中,将该卷轴装置置于水平面的上方,围绕该卷轴装置卷绕该软管,并通过输送管道从该存储和/或处理结构向该装载和/或卸载结构提供冷却流体,所述第一和第二管道被互连,以形成用于将低温流体从存储和/或处理结构经由所述第二管道通过软管或互连管道部分并经由所述第一管道返回到存储和/或处理结构的流体通路,以及
在输送阶段中:
-朝向水平面降低该卷轴装置,
-至少部分地从该卷轴装置展开该挠性软管,
-将该挠性软管的第二端与所述油船相连,以及
-在所述存储和/或处理结构与所述油船之间供应低温流体。
