Description
・ウェルを開口するために容器の蓋に孔あけをする工程と、
・容器によって生じうる静電荷を除去する工程と、
・一定量の液体を容器の各ウェルに注ぐ充填工程と、を含む充填方法にも関する。
Claims (17)
- 最初は蓋(18)で密閉されているゲルカードタイプの少なくとも1つの容器(12)に充填するための装置(100)であって、
前記蓋に孔をあけるための孔あけ部材(110)と、
前記容器によって生じうる静電荷を除去するための手段(120)と、
前記蓋の孔あけと静電荷(C+,C-)の除去の後に前記容器に充填するための充填手段(130)と、を備えることを特徴とする充填装置。 - 前記容器が、前記蓋(18)で密閉された複数のウェル(14)を含むカード(12)であり、前記ウェルのそれぞれが1つまたは複数の試薬(R)を収容していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の充填装置。
- 前記孔あけ部材(120)が、前記蓋を通過して前記ウェルに貫入するための複数の孔あけ先端部(114)を有する孔あけレーキ(112)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の充填装置。
- 前記充填手段が少なくとも1つのピペット(132)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の充填装置。
- 前記静電荷を除去するための前記手段(120)がイオン化装置(122)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の充填装置。
- 前記充填装置には前記孔あけ部材に向かって容器を取込む際の取込み方向(D)があり、前記イオン化装置が前記取込み方向を横切るように伸びるイオン化ランプ(122)で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の充填装置。
- 前記イオン化装置(122)が、前記容器(12)の前記蓋の孔あけ中に前記容器(12)が配置されるべきゾーンを対象とする複数の電極(134)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の充填装置。
- 前記イオン化装置(122)が、コロナ作用を生む電界(E)を発生させるためのものであることを特徴とする、請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の充填装置。
- 1つまたは複数の試薬を収容しているとともに少なくとも1つの蓋(18)で密閉されている複数のウェル(14)を含む少なくとも1つの容器(12)内で起こる化学反応を分析するための医療分析機器(10)であって、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の充填装置(100)と、
前記容器を前記充填装置の方へ運ぶための手段(50)と、
前記充填手段(130)が一定量の液体を前記容器の各ウェルに注いだ後に前記ウェル内で生じうる化学反応を分析するための手段(400)と、を備える医療分析機器。 - 前記充填手段(130)によって前記ウェルに注がれた液体の位置を確認するためのチェックステーション(200)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の医療分析機器。
- 蓋で密閉された複数のウェルを有するゲルカードタイプの容器(12)に充填する方法であって、
・前記ウェルを開口するために前記容器の前記蓋に孔あけをする工程と、
・前記容器によって生じうる静電荷を除去する工程と、
・一定量の液体を前記容器の各ウェルに注ぐ充填工程と、を含む充填方法。 - 前記静電荷を除去する工程が、コロナ作用を生む電界を発生させることによって前記容器の前記ウェルをイオン化することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の充填方法。
- 前記静電荷を除去する工程が前記孔あけ工程後に行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の充填方法。
- 前記ウェルに充填する工程が少なくとも1つのピペットで行なわれ、前記充填工程中に前記ピペットが前記ウェルのうちの1つと同軸に伸びることを特徴とする、請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載の充填方法。
- 前記充填工程が、下端を有する少なくとも1つのピペットで行なわれ、前記充填工程中に前記下端を前記蓋のわずかに下に位置させることを特徴とする、請求項11から14のいずれか1項に記載の充填方法。
- 前記充填工程中に、前記注がれた液体と事前に前記ウェル内に存在する別の液体との間に空隙が生成されることを特徴とする、請求項11から15のいずれか1項に記載の充填方法。
- 前記注がれた液体の位置を前記充填工程の終わりに確認する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項11から16のいずれか1項に記載の充填方法。
