Claims (21)
- 複数のバッテリーセルまたはユニットモジュールを含み、前記バッテリーセルまたは前記ユニットモジュールの測定電圧信号および/または測定温度信号がワイヤ型接続部材によって送受信される接続構造を有するように構成された中型または大型バッテリーモジュールであって、前記接続部材の少なくとも一方の端部が、雄雌係合型機械結合方法で接続相手側部品に接続されており、前記接続部材が、接続部品に隣接した部分に形成された下方湾曲部分(下方湾曲部)を有し、前記下方湾曲部が、前記接続部材に凝結した水滴が重力によって前記接続部品に導かれないように前記接続部品より低い高さの所まで下方に曲げられている、中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールの横方向に立っている、互いに直列に接続された複数のバッテリーセルまたはユニットモジュールを含むバッテリーセルスタックがモジュールケースに取り付けられた構造で、前記バッテリーモジュールが構成されている、請求項1に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 前記接続相手側部品が、前記バッテリーモジュールの動作を監視および管理するためのバッテリーマネジメントシステム(BMS)の所に配置されている、請求項1に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 前記下方湾曲部が、平面上では半楕円形状で構成されている、請求項1に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 前記下方湾曲部が、前記接続部品から1cmから10cm離れて配置されている、請求項1に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。

- 前記モジュールケースが、
(a)前記バッテリーセルまたは前記ユニットモジュールによって構成されたバッテリーセルスタックの一方の面、ならびに前記バッテリーセルスタックの上方端の一部分および下方端の一部分を囲うように構成された、正面に外部入出力端子が設けられている上部ケースと、
(b)前記上部ケースに結合しており、前記バッテリーセルスタックの他方の面、ならびに前記バッテリーセルスタックの上方端の一部分および下方端の一部分を囲うように構成され、バッテリーセルスタックの電極端子を前記外部入出力端子に接続するためのバスバーが正面に設けられている下部ケースと
を含む、請求項1に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記下部ケースには、前記下部ケースの正面および/または背面の下部端に、前記下部ケースを外部デバイスに固定する結合部が設けられており、前記結合部が、前記結合部の中央に形成された貫通孔を有する、請求項17に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールを単体として使用して製造される、高電力および大容量を有する中型または大型バッテリーシステム。
- 前記バッテリーシステムが、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、またはプラグインハイブリッド電気自動車用の電源として使用される、請求項19に記載の中型または大型バッテリーシステム。
- 複数のバッテリーセルまたはユニットモジュールを含むバッテリーモジュールから計測された電圧信号および/または温度信号を、バッテリーモジュールの動作を監視および管理するためのバッテリーマネジメントシステム(BMS)に伝送するために用いられる中型または大型バッテリーモジュール用のワイヤ型接続部材であって、前記接続部材の一方の端部が、雄雌係合型機械結合方法で前記BMSのコネクタに接続されるプラグまたはキャップ構造体で構成されており、接続部品に隣接する部分に形成された下方湾曲部分(下方湾曲部)を有し、前記下方湾曲部が、前記接続部材に凝結した水滴が重力によって前記接続部品に導かれないように前記接続部品より低い高さの所まで下方に曲げられている、ワイヤ型接続部材。
