Claims (15)

  1. 主補綴具と分枝補綴具との組立体であって、
    主血管の中に配置されるように構成され、外面と、内面と、外辺部を含む側部開口とを有する主補綴具と、
    前記主血管から延びる分枝血管の中に配置されるように構成された分枝補綴具であって、径方向の圧縮された第1形態と径方向に拡張した第2形態とを有する分枝補綴具とを備え、
    該分枝補綴具が、
    前記第2形態で第1の外径を有し、近位端および遠位端を有する拡張可能な管状本体部分と、
    前記本体部分の前記近位端に連結され、前記第2形態で前記第1の外径よりも大きい第2の外径を有する拡張可能な環状フランジと、
    前記拡張可能なフランジから近位方向に延び、前記第1の形態では略真直ぐな円筒中空形状であり、前記第2の形態では近位端が前記環状フランジに向かう少なくとも270度の巻きを有する巻き上げコイルであるシールスリーブと、を備え、
    前記第2の形態では、前記環状フランジが、前記側部開口の前記外辺部の周囲で前記主補綴具の前記外面に係合し、前記主補綴具と分枝補綴具との間でシールを形成する、
    ことを特徴とする主補綴具と側枝用補綴具の組立体。
  2. 前記本体部分は、拡張可能なニチノール(NiTi)製単一ワイヤ編組である、
    請求項1に記載の組立体。
  3. 前記本体部分は、エラストマー含浸、エラストマー膜の積層、またはePTFE膜の積層によって、不浸透性である、
    請求項2に記載の組立体。
  4. 前記本体部分とフランジとが、拡張可能な一体ニチノール(NiTi)製単一ワイヤ編組である、
