Claims (21)
- 第1のユニット(2)に設けられた第1の配管区域(26)を第2のユニット(4)に設けられた第2の配管区域(28)と取外し可能に連結するための継手構造(6)であって、
前記第1のユニット(2)に取付可能な連結手段と、
前記連結手段に固定可能である、前記第2のユニット(4)に取付可能な連結対応手段と、
前記第1の配管区域(26)と前記第2の配管区域(28)との間で位置決め可能な調節装置(32)とを有しており、該調節装置は、前記第1の配管区域(26)と前記第2の配管区域(28)の間の接続が遮断される遮断位置と、前記第1の配管区域(26)と前記第2の配管区域(28)の間の接続が開放される流動位置との間で切換可能である、そのような継手構造において、
前記調節装置(32)は遮断位置と流動位置の間で回転可能に支承された調節体(30)を有しており、該調節体は前記第1の配管区域(26)と前記第2の配管区域(28)の間で間隔をおいて位置決め可能であり、該調節体には配管中間区域(38)が穿設されており、該配管中間区域を介して前記第1の配管区域(26)を前記第2の配管区域(28)と接続可能であることを特徴とする継手構造。 - 前記配管中間区域(38)の中間断面(ZQ)は前記第1の配管区域(26)の第1の断面(Q1)および前記第2の配管区域(28)の第2の断面(Q2)と一致していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の継手構造。
- 前記配管中間区域(38)は前記調節体(30)の貫通孔に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1および2に記載の継手構造。
- 前記調節体(30)は、前記第1の配管区域(26)に付属する第1のハウジング(8)で案内される第1の部分体(34)と、前記第2の配管区域(28)に付属する第2のハウジング(10)で案内される第2の部分体(36)とを有しており、前記両方の部分体(34,36)は互いに当接可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の継手構造。
- 前記連結手段と前記連結対応手段は前記第2の部分体(36)のコーディング対応手段(14)と嵌め合わせ可能であるコーディング手段(12)を前記第1の部分体(34)に有していることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の継手構造。
- 前記連結手段と前記連結対応手段は前記調節体(30)に嵌合手段と嵌合対応手段とを有しており、これらを介して流動位置のときに前記両方の配管区域(26,28)の間で嵌合を成立可能であり、前記嵌合は遮断位置のときに解消可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の継手構造。
- 前記連結手段と前記連結対応手段はロック手段(16)とロック対応手段(18)を有しており、これらによって前記配管区域(26,28)を前記調節装置(32)の位置に関わりなく互いにロック可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の継手構造。
- 前記調節体(30)は実質的に円筒状の外面を有しており、前記ハウジング(8,10)の実質的に円筒状の内面(35、37)によって案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項4から7のいずれか1項に記載の継手構造。
- 前記調節体(30)は嵌合手段として機能するリング切片状の縁部(60)を有しており、該縁部は前記調節体(30)の回転位置に依存してハウジング側の嵌合対応手段との嵌合による結合部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の継手構造。
- 前記調節体(30)は前記部分体(34,36)のうちの一方に雄型部材(66)を有するとともに他方の前記部分体(34,36)にこれと相補的な雌型部材(68)を有しており、これらの部材は遮断位置のとき組付方向(M)に沿って嵌め合わせ可能であり、流動位置のときに組付方向(M)に沿って嵌合を成立させることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の継手構造。
- 少なくとも前記部分体(34,36)は同一構造で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4から10のいずれか1項に記載の継手構造。
- 前記調節体(30)は並進的に位置調節可能な操作手段を通じて位置調節可能であり、前記調節体(30)と前記操作手段の間には方向転換機構(96)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の継手構造。
- 前記配管区域(26,28)と前記配管中間区域(38)は少なくとも1つの流体配管を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の継手構造。
- 前記配管区域(26,28)と前記配管中間区域(38)は少なくとも1つの電気配管を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の継手構造。
- 前記継手構造(6)は少なくとも1つの電気配管と少なくとも1つの流体配管を両方とも有しており、これら両者は前記調節体(30)を介して接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の継手構造。
- 前記連結手段は前記調節装置とは関わりない少なくとも1つの電気差込接続部(24)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の継手構造。
- 前記第1のユニット(2)および/または前記第2のユニット(4)は流体冷却式の配線板によって構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の継手構造。
- 前記ハウジング(8,10)の少なくとも1つは差込接合部(104)を介して該当する配線板に組付可能であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の継手構造。
- 前記差込接合(104)は、第1の結合部(110)を介して配線板の冷却通路(K1;K2)と結合可能であるとともに差込可能な第2の結合部(115)を介して前記配管区域(26;28)のうちの1つと結合可能な接続スリーブ(106)を介して成立可能であることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の継手構造。
- 前記接続スリーブ(106)は前記接続スリーブ(106)を通って延びる流体通路(116)に対して絶縁された導電性の外面を有していることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の継手構造。
- 前記差込接合部(104)は冷却通路(K1;K2)が外に出る配線板の縁部(124)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項18から20のいずれか1項に記載の継手構造。
