Claims (19)
- 水性液体中に長期間沈漬される表面の劣化及び退色を低減するための表面組成であって、前記表面組成は少なくとも1つの透明バリア層と少なくとも1つの下地層とを含み、前記透明バリア層が1つ以上のフタレート含有ポリエステル類、ビニル含有ポリエステル類またはメタクリル酸メチル含有ポリエステル類を含む透明ポリエステルゲルコートであり、並びに前記下地層が1つ以上のポリエステル類、ビニルエステル類またはテレフタレート系樹脂を含み、並びに前記下地層が無機又は有機顔料を含み、並びに前記透明バリア層が、使用中、前記下地層の上に配置され前記水性液体と接触し、それにより前記透明バリア層が前記下地層の構造及び外観を保護している、
表面組成。 - 前記下地層が1つ以上の装飾または観賞作用物質を含む装飾層である、請求項1に記載の表面組成。
- 1つ以上のUV阻害剤、吸収剤および/または安定剤を含む、請求項1または2に記載の表面組成。
- 前記透明バリア層が1つ以上のUV阻害剤、吸収剤および/または安定剤を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の表面組成。
- 前記透明ポリエステルゲルコートがフタレート含有ポリエステルを含む、請求項1に記載の表面組成。
- 前記透明ポリエステルゲルコートがイソフタル酸ネオペンチルグリコールから誘導される、請求項5に記載の表面組成。
- 前記透明ポリエステルゲルコートが、ポリエステル中のジヒドロキシ化合物の合計モル%に基づいて70モル%超のネオペンチルグリコールから誘導される、請求項6に記載の表面組成。
- 前記バリア層がトリアジン系のUV吸収剤を含む、請求項3〜7のいずれか一項に記載の表面組成。
- 前記バリア層がヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を含む、請求項3〜8のいずれか一項に記載の表面組成。
- 前記バリア層が1つ以上の金属促進剤を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の表面組成。
- 前記1つ以上の金属促進剤が、オクチル酸亜鉛、オクチル酸カリウムまたはオクチル酸コバルトからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の表面組成。
- 前記下地層が1つ以上のエポキシビニルエステル類、臭素化エポキシビニルエステル類、ノボラックエポキシビニルエステル樹脂またはエラストマで修飾されたビニルエステル樹脂を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の表面組成。
- 前記エポキシビニルエステル樹脂がビスフェノール−Aエポキシビニルエステル樹脂を含む、請求項12に記載の表面組成。
- 前記下地層が1つ以上の金属促進剤を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の表面組成。
- 透明ゲルコート液体を金型に塗布するステップであって、前記ゲルコートが1つ以上のフタレート含有ポリエステル類、ビニル含有ポリエステル類またはメタクリル酸メチル含有ポリエステル類を含む透明ポリエステルゲルコートである、ステップと、前記ゲルコートを硬化させるステップと、その後無機又は有機顔料を含み並びに1つ以上のポリエステル類、ビニルエステル類またはテレフタレート系樹脂を含む、着色または装飾された層を前記硬化したゲルコートに塗布するステップとを含む、表面組成の製造方法。
- 前記透明ゲルコートがイソフタル酸ネオペンチルグリコールから誘導される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ビニルエステル層がビスフェノールAエポキシビニルエステル樹脂を含む、請求項15または16に記載の方法。
- スイミングプールまたはプールスパの製造における、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の表面組成の使用。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の表面組成を有するスイミングプールまたはプールスパ。
