Description
発明の分野
本発明は、ガス流に同伴する汚染物質の除去に関する。
多くの様々な種類の製造プラントは排気ガスを生じさせる。この排気ガスは排気ガスの流れに同伴した汚染物質たとえば多環芳香族炭化水素(PAH)を有している。製造プラントからの排気ガスの流れは炭化水素たとえば、油、石油留分、ベンゼンおよび溶剤を含有し得る。PAHを含有する製造プラントからの廃ガス流には、使用済み保護雰囲気ガス、コークス炉ガスおよび種々の製油所排気流のような数多くの例がある。
上で論じた制限および問題を排除する試みの中で、発明者らは、以下に説明するような、ガスをリサイクルする方法およびシステムを構築した。
以下、本発明の実施形態を、添付の図面を参照しながら説明する。以下の説明では、実質的に同じ機能および配置を持つ構成要素には同様の参照番号を付し、繰り返しの説明は必要な場合にのみ行う。
Claims (21)
- 熱処理チャンバから放出された廃ガス流をリサイクルするシステムであって、前記システムは、
前記廃ガス流を受け取るように構成されたリサイクル装置
を具備し、前記リサイクル装置は、
溶媒の供給源と、
前記溶媒を受け取り、前記溶媒を前記廃ガス流に混合して前記廃ガス流中の汚染物質を前記溶媒中に溶解させるように構成された混合装置と
を含み、
前記溶媒は食物油であるシステム。 - 前記食物油は、飽和脂肪酸油、オメガ3−脂肪酸、オメガ6−脂肪酸およびオメガ9−脂肪酸からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記食物油は、飽和脂肪酸油、オメガ3−脂肪酸、オメガ6−脂肪酸およびオメガ9−脂肪酸からなる混合物を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記食物油は、1種以上の不飽和脂肪酸を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記食物油は、酪酸、ヘキサン酸、カプリル酸、デカン酸、ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、アラキジン酸、ベヘン酸、アルファ−リノレン酸、ステアリドン酸、エイコサペンタエン酸、ドコサヘキサエン酸、リノール酸、ガンマ−リノレン酸、ジホモ−ガンマ−リノレン酸、アラキドン酸、オレイン酸およびエルカ酸からなる群より選択される1種以上の脂肪酸を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記食物油は、ダイズ油、精製ダイズ油、カノーラ油およびナタネ油から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 熱処理チャンバから放出される廃ガス流をリサイクルするシステムであって、前記システムは、
前記廃ガス流を受け取るように構成されたリサイクル装置
を具備し、前記リサイクル装置は、
溶媒を前記廃ガス流と混合し、前記廃ガス流中の汚染物質を前記溶媒中に溶解させて使用済み溶媒を形成するように構成された混合装置と、
前記使用済みの溶媒を受け取り、前記使用済み溶媒から前記汚染物質の全てまたはその一部を除去して、清浄溶媒を形成するように構成された洗浄装置と、
前記混合装置での再使用のために、前記清浄溶媒を前記混合装置に輸送して注入するように構成された配管と
を含むシステム。 - 前記混合装置はコンプレッサまたはスプレーアトマイザである請求項7に記載のシステム
- 前記混合装置は、そこを通って廃ガス流の流れに対して向流の方向で前記溶媒がそこを通って流れる装置である請求項7に記載のシステム。
- さらに複数の前記混合装置を含み、前記混合装置は、前記廃ガス流を受け取って圧縮するように構成されたガス流路に沿って直列に接続された複数のコンプレッサを具備した請求項7に記載のシステム。
- さらに未使用溶媒を前記混合装置へ注入するように構成された未使用溶媒供給源を具備した請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記食物油は飽和脂肪酸油、オメガ3−脂肪酸、オメガ6−脂肪酸およびオメガ9−脂肪酸からなる群より選択される1種以上を含む請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記食物油は飽和脂肪酸油、オメガ3−脂肪酸、オメガ6−脂肪酸およびオメガ9−脂肪酸からなる混合物を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記食物油はダイズ油、精製ダイズ油、カノーラ油およびナタネ油からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 熱処理チャンバから放出された廃ガス流をリサイクルする方法であって、前記方法は、
前記熱処理チャンバから放出された前記廃ガス流を受け取り、
溶媒を前記廃ガス流に混合させ、前記廃ガス流中の汚染物質を前記溶媒中に溶解させるまたは取り込ませる
ことを含み、
前記溶媒は天然食物油である方法。 - 前記食物油は飽和脂肪酸油、オメガ3−脂肪酸、オメガ6−脂肪酸およびオメガ9−脂肪酸からなる群より選択される1種以上を含む請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記食物油は飽和脂肪酸油、オメガ3−脂肪酸、オメガ6−脂肪酸およびオメガ9−脂肪酸からなる混合物を含む請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記食物油はダイズ油、精製ダイズ油、カノーラ油およびナタネ油からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 熱処理チャンバから放出された廃ガス流をリサイクルする方法であって、前記方法は、
前記熱処理チャンバから放出された前記廃ガス流を受け取り、
溶媒を前記廃ガス流に混合させ、前記廃ガス流中の汚染物質を前記溶媒中に溶解させて使用済み溶媒を形成し、
前記汚染物質の全てまたは一部を前記使用済み溶媒から除去して清浄溶媒を形成し、
前記清浄溶媒を前記廃ガス流と混合することによって前記清浄溶媒を再使用する
ことを含む方法。 - 前記混合は50℃以下の溶媒温度で行われる請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記除去は80℃以上の使用済み溶媒温度で行われる請求項19に記載の方法。
