Claims (42)
- 複数の充電ステーションを管理する充電ステーション・ネットワーク・サーバ上で実行される方法であって、前記方法は、
加入者が通知メッセージを受け取りたいと望む1つ又はそれ以上の関心のあるイベントと、前記加入者と関連した1組の1つ又はそれ以上の連絡先とを示す、加入者の加入者通知メッセージ・プリファレンスを受け取り、
前記加入者に前記複数の充電ステーションの1つを使用する権限を与え、
前記複数の充電ステーションのその1つから、前記加入者と関連した電気自動車のために充電セッションが確立されたことを示す、前記加入者と関連したデータを受け取り、
前記加入者の関心のあるイベントを検知することに応答して、そのイベントについての通知メッセージを、前記加入者と関連した前記連絡先の組の少なくとも1つに伝送する、
ことを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - ホストが通知メッセージを受け取りたいと望む1つ又はそれ以上の関心のあるイベントと、前記ホストと関連した1組の1つ又はそれ以上の連絡先とを示す、前記充電ステーション・ネットワーク・サーバのホストのホスト通知メッセージ・プリファレンスを受け取り、
前記ホストの関心のあるイベントを検知することに応答して、そのイベントについての通知メッセージを、前記ホストと関連した前記連絡先の組の少なくとも1つに伝送する、
ことをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ホストと関連した前記連絡先の組の少なくとも1つに伝送された前記通知メッセージは、eメール・メッセージ又はテキスト・メッセージであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記加入者と関連した前記連絡先の組の少なくとも1つに伝送された前記通知メッセージは、eメール・メッセージ又はテキスト・メッセージであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加入者の前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、警告イベントに対応することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ホストの前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、前記充電セッションの停止又は終了に対応することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記加入者の前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、充電状態イベントに対応することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記加入者の前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、更新イベントに対応することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記加入者の前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、駐車イベントに対応することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記警告イベントは、前記複数の充電ステーションの1つが前記充電ステーション・ネットワーク・サーバからの定期的なハートビートに応答しなかったこと、前記複数の充電ステーションの1つが予期せず再起動されたこと、前記複数の充電ステーションの1つがハードウェア又はソフトウェアの問題を検知したこと、前記複数の充電ステーションの1つにおける漏電遮断器が作動したこと、前記複数の充電ステーションの1つにおけるファームウェア更新を完了したこと、前記複数の充電ステーションの1つにおけるファームウェア更新に失敗したこと、及び前記複数の充電ステーションの1つが前のファームウェア・バージョンに戻ったことのうちの1つであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記充電セッションの停止又は終了に対応する前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、前記充電セッションが前記充電ステーション・ネットワーク・サーバの管理者により終了されたこと、充電のために電気を供給するユーティリティが前記充電セッションを停止したこと、過電流状態により前記充電セッションが停止されたこと、及び前記充電ステーションにより電気が前記電気自動車に流れないようにされたことのうちの1つであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記充電状態イベントは、前記電気自動車が完全に充電されていること、前記自動車があるパーセント充電されていること、前記電気自動車の充電が抑制されていること、前記充電セッションの間充電コードが前記電気自動車に差し込まれていなかったこと、前記充電セッションの時間が満了したこと、前記充電セッションの間前記電気自動車の充電が開始しなかったこと、前記電気自動車が現在送電網に給電していること、及び前記電気自動車が現在送電網から電気を取り出していることの1つであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記更新イベントは、前記加入者が頻繁に使用する充電ステーションが利用可能であること、前記加入者が頻繁に使用する充電ステーションが利用可能でないこと、新しい充電ステーションが設置されたこと、前記加入者が充電セッション中でないこと、前記加入者の充電コードへの権限が与えられていないアクセス、及び前記加入者のクレジットカードの期限が切れていることの1つであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記駐車イベントは、前記電気自動車がその駐車時間を超過していること、駐車予約の確認、駐車予約の未使用、及び駐車予約時間の延長確認のうちの1つであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。

ことを含む動作を実行させることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の充電ステーション・ネットワーク・サーバ。 - 前記ホストと関連した前記連絡先の組の少なくとも1つに伝送された前記通知メッセージは、eメール・メッセージ又はテキスト・メッセージであることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の充電ステーション・ネットワーク・サーバ。
- 前記加入者と関連した前記連絡先の組の少なくとも1つに伝送された前記通知メッセージは、eメール・メッセージ又はテキスト・メッセージであることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の充電ステーション・ネットワーク・サーバ。
- 前記ホストの前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、警告イベントに対応することを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の充電ステーション・ネットワーク・サーバ。
- 前記加入者の前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、前記充電セッションの停止又は終了に対応することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の充電ステーション・ネットワーク・サーバ。
- 前記加入者の前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、充電状態イベントに対応することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の充電ステーション・ネットワーク・サーバ。
- 前記加入者の前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、更新イベントに対応することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の充電ステーション・ネットワーク・サーバ。

前記加入者に前記複数の充電ステーションの1つを使用する権限を与え、
前記複数の充電ステーションの1つから、前記加入者と関連した電気自動車のために充電セッションが確立されたことを示す、前記加入者と関連したデータを受け取り、
前記加入者の関心のあるイベントを検知することに応答して、そのイベントについての通知メッセージを、前記加入者と関連した前記連絡先の組の少なくとも1つに伝送する、

- 前記加入者の前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、警告イベントに対応することを特徴とする、請求項30に記載の機械可読記憶媒体。
- 前記ホストの前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、前記充電セッションの停止又は終了に対応することを特徴とする、請求項32に記載の機械可読記憶媒体。
- 前記加入者の前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、充電状態イベントに対応することを特徴とする、請求項32に記載の機械可読記憶媒体。
- 前記加入者の前記検知された関心のあるイベントは、更新イベントに対応することを特徴とする、請求項32に記載の機械可読記憶媒体。
