Description
ゼロ気体(例えば、合成空気)は炭化水素や湿気を含まない。一方で、較正気体(例えば、イソブテン)は規定の炭化水素を有するが、同様に湿気を有しないか甚だしく低い。電磁弁によって、前記の二つの補助的な気体は交互にセンサに供給される。前記測定装置中の本発明におけるデータ記憶デバイスは、重要で既知の試験気体のいわゆる応答因子とそれらの分子量を記憶する。測定結果の間の差異から、前記測定装置は適切な処理装置を使用して、体積当たりの重量における因子を各測定結果と試験気体の間の関係に応じて算出することができる。必然的に時間とともに変化するこの因子は較正因子として蓄積可能であるか、或いは前記測定装置によって自動的に蓄積され、それから実際の測定のための基準となる。
Claims (11)
- 第1の気体流と第2の気体流中の炭化水素成分を検出するための測定装置(20)であって、
前記第1の気体流も前記第2の気体流も両方とも同一の気体源から発し、
前記第1の気体流はそのまま前記測定装置に供給され、
前記第2の気体流は処理されて前記測定装置に供給されることを特徴とする、
気体中の炭化水素成分を検出するための測定装置(20)。 - 前記測定装置(20)は、
センサ(40)と、前記第2の気体流を処理するための基準気体ユニット(38)と、を有するセンサユニット(22)と、
ディスプレイと制御パネル(26)とを備える評価ユニット(24)と、
から形成されることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の前記測定装置(20)。 - 前記基準気体ユニット(38)は酸化触媒として構成されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載の前記測定装置(20)。 - 前記センサ(40)は光分離センサとして構成されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1または3に記載の前記測定装置(20)。 - 前記測定装置(20)は、
乾燥した気体用のゼロ気体コネクタ(34)と、
前記測定装置(20)を較正するための既知の成分を含む気体用の較正気体コネクタと、をさらに備えることを特徴とする、
請求項1から4に記載の前記測定装置(20)。 - 供給される気体の一定の圧力と一定の容積流量を確保する流体抵抗器(43)を備えることを特徴とする、
請求項1から5に記載の前記測定装置(20)。 - 前記測定装置(20)は較正処理を独立して実行することを特徴とする、
請求項1から6に記載の前記測定装置(20)。 - 第1の気体流と第2の気体流に分かれる源気体流を特徴とする気体流中の炭化水素成分を検出するための方法であって、
適切な測定装置(20)が前記第1の気体流も前記第2の気体流も両方とも分析し、
前記第1の気体流はそのまま前記測定装置(20)に供給され、
前記第2の気体流は処理されて前記測定装置(20)に供給されることを特徴とする、
気体流中の炭化水素成分を検出するための方法。 - 請求項1から6のうちいずれか一つに記載の測定装置(20)を使用することを特徴とする、
請求項8に記載の方法。 - 炭化水素成分が前記第1の気体流と前記第2の気体流との間の信号差を通じて測定されることを特徴とする、
請求項8または9に記載の方法。 - 前記測定装置(20)を、ゼロ気体と較正気体を供給することによって較正し得ることを特徴とする、
請求項8から10のうちいずれか一つに記載の方法。
