Claims (3)
- デジタル式クラッチ版パッド印刷媒体において、
実質的に非弾性の支持部材と、
画像を画成する凹所部分を形成するように、所望パターンで塗布された硬化可能な材料であって、上面を有したクラッチ版を形成するため硬化する材料と具備し、
インクが前記クラッチ版に供給されて前記凹所部分に充填され、そして該インクは前記上面から拭い取られ、前記凹所部分からインクがパッドへ移され、その後、目的物に転写されるようにしたデジタル式クラッチ版パッド印刷媒体。 - デジタル式クラッチ版印刷システムにおいて、
実質的に非弾性の支持部材を搬送するコンベアと、
前記支持部材上に硬化性材料を少なくとも1つの凹所部分を有した所望デザインのパターンで堆積させる堆積装置と、
所望パターンの前記硬化性材料を硬化させて、上面を有したクラッチ版を形成するための手段と、
前記少なくとも1つの凹所部分にインクを堆積させると共に、前記上面からインクを拭い取るための手段と、
前記クラッチ版に接触するようにしたパッドであって、前記凹所部分からインクを受け取り、対象物に接触して該インクを転写するようにしたパッドとを具備するデジタル式クラッチ版パッド印刷システム。 - 実質的に非弾性の支持部材の上に硬化性流体を少なくとも1つの凹所部分を形成するように所望パターンで堆積させる段階と、
上面を有したクラッチ版を形成するため前記材料を硬化する段階と、
前記少なくとも1つの凹所部分にインクを充填する段階と、
前記クラッチ版に印刷パッドを接触させ前記凹所部分からインクを該印刷パッドに移す段階と、
前記印刷パッドを目的物に接触させ該印刷パッドから前記目的物へ印刷を転写する段階とを含んで成るパッド印刷方法。
