(式中、Xは第二銅イオンCu2+又はカルシウムイオンCa2+を表し、Yは塩化物イオンCl-又は硫酸イオンSO4 2-を意味し、mは1又は2の整数である)を有する銅塩とを、任意に農学的に許容可能な分散剤、希釈剤、界面活性剤及び/又は補助製剤化剤(co−formulant)の存在下で含む殺真菌組成物に関する。

(式中、Xは第二銅イオンCu2+又はカルシウムイオンCa2+を表し、Yは塩化物イオンCl-又は硫酸イオンSO4 2-を意味し、mは1又は2の整数である)を有する銅塩とを、任意に農学的に許容可能な分散剤、希釈剤、界面活性剤及び/又は補助製剤化剤の存在下で含む殺真菌組成物の、農作物における植物病原性真菌の制御のための使用に関する。
サリチル酸銅C7H4O3Cu・H2Oの調製(I−1)
70.6g(0.724モル)のCu(OH)2を、1リットルの水の中の100g(0.724モル)のサリチル酸の懸濁液に小分けで添加し、混合物を、室温で2時間に亘って攪拌し続けた。撹拌系は、反応が進行してpHが約6の最終値へと上昇するにつれて、粘度が上昇する十分なものでなくてはならない。最終生成物の色は緑色から黄土色へと変化する。次に、反応混合物をブフナー漏斗で濾過し、空気中で乾燥させると148gの所望の生成物(MW=217.5)が得られた。
サリチル酸銅C7H4O3Cu・H2Oの調製(I−1)
NaOHの溶液(300ml中、58g(1.45モル))を、400mlの水の中の100g(0.724モル)のサリチル酸の懸濁液に、完全な溶解が得られるまで添加した。次に、CuSO4の水溶液(300ml中、180.8g(0.724モル))を添加し、混合物を室温で8時間に亘って攪拌し続けた。撹拌系は、反応が進行してpHが約6の最終値へと上昇するにつれて、細かい緑色の固形物が沈殿し(続いて、色は最終生成物の黄土色に変化する)、粘度が上昇する十分なものでなくてはならない。
混合物:銅当量比1:1のサリチル酸銅C7H4O3Cu・H2O(I−1)+水酸化銅(II)の調製
141.3g(1.447モル)のCu(OH)2を、1リットルの水の中の100g(0.724モル)のサリチル酸の懸濁液に小分けで添加し、混合物を、室温で4時間に亘って攪拌し続けた。次に、反応混合物をブフナー漏斗で濾過し、空気中で乾燥させると215gの所望の生成物(元素分析)が得られた。
組成物C1:銅当量比1:1:1のサリチル酸銅C7H4O3Cu・H2O(I−1)+水酸化銅(II)+オキシ塩化銅(III−1)の調製
70.6g(0.724モル)のCu(OH)2を、1.5リットルの水の中の100g(0.724モル)のサリチル酸の懸濁液に小分けで添加し、混合物を、室温で2時間に亘って攪拌し続けた。撹拌系は、反応が進行してpHが約6の最終値へと上昇するにつれて、粘度が上昇する十分なものでなくてはならない。最終生成物の色は緑色から黄土色へと変化する。この時点で、更に70.6g(0.724モル)のCu(OH)2及び77.3g(0.181モル)のオキシ塩化銅3Cu(OH)2・CuCl2を添加し(0.724当量の銅に相当する)、混合物を30分間に亘って攪拌し続けた。次に、反応混合物をブフナー漏斗で濾過し、空気中で乾燥させると290gの所望の混合物(元素分析)が得られた。
組成物C2:銅当量比0.4:1:1のサリチル酸銅C7H4O3Cu・H2O(I−1)+水酸化銅(II)+オキシ塩化銅(III−1)の調製
40g(0.289モル)のサリチル酸を、1.5リットルの水の中の98.8g(1.014モル)のCu(OH)2及び77.3g(0.181モル)のオキシ塩化銅3Cu(OH)2・CuCl2の懸濁液に添加した(0.724当量の銅に相当する)。混合物を、室温で4時間に亘って攪拌し続けた。次に、反応混合物をブフナー漏斗で濾過し、空気中で乾燥させると192gの所望の混合物(元素分析)が得られた。
分散性顆粒剤(WG)としてのサリチル酸銅C7H4O3Cu・H2Oの調製(I−1/WG)
銅が20%の分散性顆粒剤タイプの製剤(WG)は、以下の成分を実施例1に記載されるようにして得られたスラリーに添加することによって調製された。
水和剤(WP)としての混合物:銅当量比1:1の水酸化銅+オキシ塩化銅の調製(CHCO−1/WP)
銅が50%の水和剤タイプの製剤(WP50)は、以下の成分を適切に混合及び粉砕することによって調製された。
分散性顆粒剤(WG)としての混合物:銅当量比1:1の水酸化銅+オキシ塩化銅の調製(CHCO−1/WG)
銅が50%の分散性顆粒剤タイプの製剤(WG)は、以下の成分を適切に混合、粉砕及び顆粒化することによって調製された。
水和剤(WP)としての組成物C2:銅当量比0.4:1:1のサリチル酸銅C7H4O3Cu・H2O+水酸化銅+オキシ塩化銅の調製(C2/WP)
銅が30%の水和剤タイプの製剤(WP)は、以下の成分を適切に混合及び粉砕することによって調製された。
分散性顆粒剤(WG)としての組成物C1:銅当量比1:1:1のサリチル酸銅C7H4O3Cu・H2O+水酸化銅+オキシ塩化銅の調製(C1/WG)
更なるWG製剤が、実施例8に記載されるようにして以下の成分から調製された。
ブドウの木につくプラスモパラ・ビチコラに対する温室予防活性(7日間)
24℃、相対湿度60%の条件が整えられた環境下の壺で育ったブドウの木の葉(品種:バルベーラ)を、その両面に試験対象である生成物を噴霧することによって処理した。
CHCO−1/WP:実施例8に記載の、銅が50%の水酸化銅(II)+オキシ塩化銅(III−1)の水和剤製剤(銅当量比1:1)。
C1/WP:実施例10に記載の、銅が30%のサリチル酸銅C7H4O3Cu・H2O(I−1)+水酸化銅(II)+オキシ塩化銅(III−1)の水和剤製剤(銅当量比1:1:1)。
C2/WP:実施例10に記載の、銅が30%のサリチル酸銅C7H4O3Cu・H2O(I−1)+水酸化銅(II)+オキシ塩化銅(III−1)の水和剤製剤(銅当量比0.4:1:1)。

Eexp=EI+EII+III−(EIxEII+III/100)
(式中、Eexpは、使用量DIの成分(I)と使用量DII+IIIの成分(II)+(III)とを混合することによって得られる混合物から期待される殺真菌活性であり、EIは、使用量DIの単体で使用した場合の成分(I)で観察される活性であり、EII+IIIは、使用量DII+IIIの単体で使用した場合の混合物(II)−(III)で観察される活性である)である。
相加効果をEadd=EI+EII+IIIと考える。相乗効果は、組成物に関する観察された活性Eabsが、期待される活性Eexp及びEaddより高い場合に存在する。

- 殺真菌組成物であって、
(A)以下の分子式(I):
C7H4O3Cu・(H2O)n(I)
(式中、nは0、1、2又は3を表す)を有するサリチル酸銅と、
(B)水酸化銅Cu(OH)2(II)と、
(C)以下の式(III):
3Cu(OH)2・X(Y)m(III)
(式中、Xは第二銅イオンCu2+又はカルシウムイオンCa2+を表し、Yは塩化物イオンCl-又は硫酸イオンSO4 2-を意味し、mは1又は2の整数である)を有する銅塩とを、
任意に農学的に許容可能な分散剤、希釈剤、界面活性剤及び/又は補助製剤化剤の存在下で、含むことを特徴とする殺真菌組成物。 - 式(I)、(II)及び(III)の前記化合物が、それぞれ0.2:1:0.3 〜 2:1:3、好ましくは、0.4:1:0.8 〜 1.2:1:1.2の銅当量比で存在する、請求項1に記載の殺真菌組成物。
- 式(I)の前記化合物が1に等しいnを有し、式(I)、(II)及び(III)の前記化合物が、それぞれ0.2:1:0.3 〜 2:1:3、好ましくは、0.4:1:0.8 〜 1.2:1:1.2の銅当量比で存在する、請求項1に記載の殺真菌組成物。
