Claims (11)
- 担持体(10)と、該担持体(10)に着脱可能に配置される切削体(30)と、該切削体(30)を前記担持体(10)に対し相対的に位置正確に固定するための締め付け固定爪(20)とを備え、前記切削体(30)が前記担持体(10)に設けた支持面(14)に対し面押圧される工具(1)、特に工作物を加工するための、特に切削加工するための円形回転型工具において、
前記締め付け固定爪(20)が、前記担持体(10)と一体に形成され、且つマテリアルヒンジ(13)を介して前記担持体(10)と結合され、
前記切削体(30)が前記マテリアルヒンジ(13)の方向において前記締め付け固定爪(20)の端面側支持面(22)で支持され、前記担持体(10)に設けた前記支持面(14)が、前記締め付け固定爪(20)の前記端面側支持面(22)に対し鋭角(α)を成し、且つ前記マテリアルヒンジ(13)側へ向いていることを特徴とする工具(1)。 - 前記切削体(30)が前記担持体(10)に設けた前記支持面(14)および前記締め付け固定爪(20)の前記端面側支持面(22)に対し平行な方向において位置調整可能に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工具(1)。
- 前記締め付け固定爪(20)の前記端面側支持面(22)と前記担持体(10)に設けた前記支持面(14)とが前記マテリアルヒンジ(13)のヒンジ軸線に対し平行に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の工具(1)。
- 位置調整要素(50)が、前記工具(1)の端面(4)を起点として軸線方向に位置調整可能な、円錐側面(51)を備えた円錐ねじから形成され、前記円錐側面に前記切削体(30)が当接していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の工具(1)。
- 前記締め付け固定爪(20)が、前記マテリアルヒンジ(13)を起点にして軸線方向に延在しているL字状のスリット(12)によって前記担持体(20)から境界づけられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の工具。
- 前記締め付け固定爪(20)が、軸線方向に見て、実質的に直方体形状の横断面を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の工具。
- 前記締め付け固定爪(20)が、該締め付け固定爪に設けた貫通孔内に配置されて前記担持体(10)に螺合している締め付けねじ(40)により、前記切削体(30)に対し締め付け固定可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の工具。
- 前記切削体(30)が、長尺のカッティングプレートとして、好ましくは直径方向に対向している切刃(31,32)を備えたスローアウェイチップとして形成され、且つ前記締め付け固定爪(20)が形状拘束的に係合している繰り抜き部(33)を縦エッジに沿って有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の工具。
- 前記繰り抜き部(33)が互いに直角に位置する2つの面(34,35)によって画成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の工具。
- 前記繰り抜き部(33)が前記切削体(30)をその全長にわたって貫通していることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の工具。
- 前記締め付け固定爪(20)が実質的に前記切削体(30)の全長にわたって前記繰り抜き部(33)に面で係合していることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の工具。
