Claims (7)
- 熱交換する媒体のための流体チャネルが、隣接するプレートの間に形成されるように配置されるプレスされたパターンの隆起部および溝が設けられる複数の熱交換プレート(100、210、310)を備える、ろう付けした熱交換器(HE、200、300)であって、前記プレートはさらに、前記流体チャネルと選択的に連通するポート開口部と、互いに重なる隣接するプレート(100、210、310)のスカート(130、240、330)によって形成される周囲端部とが設けられ、前記スカート(130、240、330)の外側に補強部(140、250、340)が延び、前記補強部はシートメタルのリボンを含むことを特徴とする、ろう付けした熱交換器。
- 前記補強部は、上面および下面を備えるプレスされたパターンが設けられる、請求項1に記載のろう付けした熱交換器。
- 前記上面および前記下面は、第1の熱交換プレートの前記補強部の上面が、第1の熱交換器の上部に積み重ねられた熱交換プレートの補強部の下面と接触するように配置される、請求項2に記載のろう付けした熱交換器。
- 前記上面および前記下面は、隣接するプレートの上面および下面が一列に並ぶように配置される、請求項2に記載のろう付けした熱交換器。
- 前記補強部は、前記熱交換プレートの平面において延びる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のろう付けした熱交換器。
- 前記補強部は、前記熱交換プレートの周囲全体に延びる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のろう付けした熱交換器。
- 前記スカートの外側に延びる前記シートメタルのリボンは、前記リボンの少なくとも一部が、前記リボンおよび前記スカートが先端を切り取ったV型を形成するような方向において延びるようにプレスされる、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
