Description
発明は、一般的に、製紙工程の異なる段階で使用されるベルトに関するものである。より詳しくは、発明は、板紙抄紙機、抄紙機及びパルプ抄紙機におけるプレス部分のシュープレスのみならず、ある種の紙の製造時の抄紙機カレンダーのシュープレスにも使用されるシュープレスベルトに関するものである。
発明の目的は、良好な熱抵抗に関して、現代の板紙抄紙機、抄紙機及びパルプ抄紙機により設定された特別な要求を満たすシュープレスベルトを提供することである。これは、独立請求項によって記述されたものによって特徴付けられたシュープレスベルトにより達成される。
発明は、イソシアネート基を含むウレタンプレポリマー及び連鎖延長剤の混合物で調製されたポリウレタンポリマーを含む新規なシュープレスベルトを提供するものであり、ウレタンプレポリマーは、1,4−フェニレン−ジイソシアネート(PPDI)と、メチル−ビス(3−クロロ−2,6−ジエチルアニリン)(MCDEA)を含む連鎖延長剤の混合物を用いて調製されたものである。MCDEAは、技術分野において4,4’−メチレン−ビス(3−クロロ−2,6−ジエチルアニリン)としても知られている。
Claims (5)
- イソシアネート基を含むウレタンプレポリマー及び連鎖延長剤の混合物から調製されたポリウレタンポリマーを含み、ウレタンプレポリマーが1,4−フェニレン−ジイソシアネート(PPDI)と、メチル−ビス(3−クロロ−2,6−ジエチルアニリン)(MCDEA)を含む連鎖延長剤の混合物とを用いて調製されるものであるシュープレスベルト。
- 連鎖延長剤は少なくとも10重量%のMCDEAを含む、請求項1記載のシュープレスベルト。
- 連鎖延長剤は25重量%を超えるMCDEAを含む、請求項1記載のシュープレスベルト。
- ウレタンプレポリマーが1,4−フェニレン−ジイソシアネート及びポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコール(PTMEG)から作られている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項記載のシュープレスベルト。
- ウレタンプレポリマーが1,4−フェニレン−ジイソシアネート及びポリエーテルカーボネートポリオールから作られている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のシュープレスベルト。
