Abstract
Description
本発明は、燃料インジェクタの噴射弁部材を操作する室からの媒体の流出を制御する、通路における絞り箇所を製造する方法であって、下記の方法ステップ、すなわち、
a)弁部材における通路の製造、
b)絞り箇所のエンボス加工による通路における輪郭の形成、
c)絞り箇所の前における鋭い縁部を有する移行部の形成、
d)絞り箇所におけるエロージョン加工による規定された直径の形成、及びエンボス加工された流出領域の維持、
という方法ステップを特徴とする、絞り箇所を製造する方法である。
図1には部材、特に燃料インジェクタの弁部材が示されており、この弁部材内には、圧力下にある媒体を排出制御(Absteuerung)するための通路が形成されている。
Claims (12)
- 燃料インジェクタの噴射弁部材(62)を操作する室(16)からの媒体の流出を制御する、通路(14)における絞り箇所(32)を製造する方法であって、下記の方法ステップ、すなわち、
a)弁部材(10)における通路(14)の製造、
b)絞り箇所(32)のエンボス加工による通路(14)における輪郭の形成、
c)絞り箇所(32)の前における鋭い縁部を有する移行部(44)の形成、
d)絞り箇所(32)におけるエロージョン加工による規定された直径(54)の形成、及びエンボス加工された流出領域(38)の維持、
という方法ステップを特徴とする、絞り箇所を製造する方法。 - 方法ステップb)を、案内孔(18)内においてセンタリングされたエンボスプランジャによって、前記弁部材(10)の軟質状態において行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記弁部材(10)の材料をエンボス加工によって据え込んで据込み部(40)を形成し、該据込み部(40)は、絞り箇所(32)の下流における通路(14)の輪郭を規定する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 方法ステップb)の後でしかしながら方法ステップc)の前に、絞り箇所(32)の前に鋭い縁部を有する移行部(44)を生ぜしめる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記弁部材(10)を、方法ステップb)の実施後でかつ方法ステップc)の実施前に硬化させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- エロージョン加工を、特にエロージョン加工による通路(14)における絞り箇所(32)の正確な絞り直径(54)の調節を、通路(14)の貫流方向において行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 方法ステップc)においてエロージョン加工を、媒体が絞り箇所(32)を貫流する貫流方向と同じエロージョン方向において行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 最終加工の枠内において、絞り箇所(32)のエンボス加工された輪郭に、ハイドロ・エロージョン式の丸み付け加工を施す、請求項6記載の方法。
- 方法ステップb)を、前記弁部材(10)の軟質加工段階中に行い、かつ該弁部材(10)の切削加工中に、特に該弁部材(10)の旋削加工中に実施する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 方法ステップc)において、エロージョンをエロージョン方向において行うエロージョン電極が、絞り箇所(32)のエンボス加工された輪郭によって所定された、通路(14)の最終加工のための輪郭、特にホッパ形状の輪郭、特にエンボス加工された輪郭に、適合している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 燃焼室内への噴流進入深さを大きくするために、燃料のための噴射開口を、該噴射開口が円錐度を有するように形成する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 方法ステップc)において、絞り箇所(32)のエンボス加工された流出領域が、流出通路(14)の連続した横断面拡大部(38)の前に位置している、請求項1記載の方法。
