Description
Claims (10)
- 内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を噴射するための燃料インジェクター(1)であって、インジェクター本体(2)内に行程運動可能に案内された弁ピストン(3)を含んでおり、前記弁ピストン(3)の行程運動は制御弁によって制御されるようになっており、該制御弁は行程軸線(4)の方向に行程運動可能な弁ニードル(5)を有しており、該弁ニードルは案内孔(6)を備えており、該案内孔内には、弁部材(8)の一方の端部に前記弁ニードル(5)の案内のために一体成形された案内部分(7)を挿入してあり、前記弁部材(8)内に、該弁部材内を前記行程軸線(4)に沿って前記案内部分(7)内まで延びる通路孔(9)を設けてあり、該通路孔によって燃料は、前記弁ピストン(3)の行程運動制御のための制御室(10)から、前記案内孔(6)と前記案内部分(7)との間に設けられた環状室(11)内に流入するようになっており、前記通路孔(9)によって案内された燃料量はさらに少なくとも1つの流出絞り(12)を経て流過するようになっている形式のものにおいて、前記流出絞り(12)は、前記通路孔(9)から前記環状室(11)への移行部の領域内に配置されていることを特徴とする、付加的な流出絞りを有する燃料インジェクター。
- 通路孔(9)は、案内部分(7)内に設けられて横孔軸線(13)に沿って延びる横孔(14)に開口しており、前記通路孔(9)は、流出絞り(12)の形成のために該通路孔の開口部位の前側に断面の減少された絞り部(15)を有している請求項1に記載の燃料インジェクター。
- 断面の減少された絞り部(15)は、円筒形の形状及び漏斗形の形状のうちの少なくともいずれか一方の形状を有しており、漏斗形の開口部は横孔(14)に向いている請求項2に記載燃料インジェクター。
- 横孔(14)は1つの横孔断面(16)を有しており、かつ通路孔(9)は1つの通路孔断面(17)を有しており、前記横孔断面(16)は流出絞り(12)の形成のために前記通路孔断面(17)よりも小さくなっている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載燃料インジェクター。
- 横孔(14)は案内部分(7)の全直径にわたって延びており、その結果、通路孔(9)からの燃料は前記横孔(14)の両方の開口部から環状室(11)内に達するようになっている請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載燃料インジェクター。
- 案内部分(7)内に2つ若しくは複数の横孔(14)を設けてあり、該横孔に通路孔(9)からの燃料を分配するようになっており、該燃料は前記各横孔(14)を通って環状室(11)内に達するようになっている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載燃料インジェクター。
- 通路孔(9)の端部と環状室(11)との間に少なくとも1つの絞り孔(18)を設けてあり、該絞り孔は1つの絞り孔断面を有しており、該絞り孔断面は、流出絞り(12)の形成のために通路孔断面(17)よりも小さくなっており、前記絞り孔(18)の断面は、直径の大きなディフューザー部分(9)を形成するために、環状室(11)への該絞り孔の流出口の前側で拡大されている請求項1に記載燃料インジェクター。
- ディフューザー部分(9)は円筒形若しくは円錐形に形成されており、円錐形に形成されるディフューザー部分の開口部は環状室(11)に向いている請求項7に記載燃料インジェクター。
- 絞り孔(18)及びディフューザー部分(9)は、行程軸線(4)に対して所定の角度を成している孔軸線(20)に沿って延びており、前記角度は20°と80°との間の値、有利には30°と60°との間の値、特に有利には45°の値である請求項8に記載燃料インジェクター。
- 通路孔(9)の端部と環状室(11)との間に少なくとも2つの絞り孔(18)を設けてあり、該絞り孔は相互に180°の角度を成して相対している請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載燃料インジェクター。
