前記中空体が、単一ピースのガラスを含み、該単一ピースのガラスの内側に前記空洞が形成されることを特徴とする。
・グラフト化された内面2を金属イオン、好ましくは銀イオンを含有する溶液と接触させる作業と、
・該金属イオンを内面2の表面に存在するグラフト化剤(好ましくはパラジウムである)上に定着する金属(好ましくは銀)に変換させるため、前記溶液をグラフト化された内面と接触させながら、好ましくはグルコン酸塩によって構成される還元剤を、金属イオン(好ましくは銀イオン)を含有する前記溶液内に導入する作業を含む。
・グラフト化された内面2を、好ましくはグルコン酸塩溶液によって構成された還元剤溶液と接触させる作業と、
・該金属イオンを内面2の表面に存在するグラフト化剤(好ましくはパラジウムである)上に定着する金属(好ましくは銀)に変換させるため、前記溶液をグラフト化された内面と接触させながら、金属イオン、好ましくは銀イオンを還元剤溶液内に導入する作業を含むように実施することも全く可能である。
Claims (25)
- 空洞(3)を規定するガラス内面(2)を備える中空体(1)を製造する方法であって、前記内面(2)の少なくとも一部分を大部分が金属である組成物の内張り(8)で被覆する工程であって、前記被覆する工程が、前記内面(2)を、活性化剤を用いて活性化するサブ工程およびグラフト剤を用いてグラフト化するサブ工程を含むことと、前記中空体(1)が単一ピースのガラスを含み、該単一ピースのガラスの内側に前記空洞(3)が形成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記活性化するサブ工程が、活性化された内面(2)を得るために、前記内面(2)を前記活性化剤と接触させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記グラフト化するサブ工程が、化学反応によって前記活性化された内面(2)上に前記グラフト化剤を化学的にグラフト化させ、前記グラフト化剤と前記活性化剤との間で化学結合が形成できることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記活性化剤が、塩化錫溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記内面(2)を前記活性化剤と接触させることが、溶液中の前記活性化剤を前記内面(2)上に噴霧することにあることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記グラフト化するサブ工程が、グラフト化された内面(2)を得るために、前記活性化された内面(2)をグラフト化溶液と接触させることを含むことを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記グラフト化溶液が、塩化パラジウム溶液によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記活性化された内面をグラフト化溶液と接触させることが、前記空洞に前記グラフト化溶液を充填することによって実施され、前記充填自体が、前記グラフト化溶液を前記空洞内に流入させる中心ノズル(9)、および中心ノズル(9)と同心でグラフト化溶液のあらゆるオーバーフローを吸い上げるための周辺吸引ノズル(10)を有する充填機によって実施されることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記活性化された内面(2)を前記グラフト化剤と接触させることが、前記グラフト化溶液を前記活性化された内面(2)上に噴霧することにあることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記被覆する工程が、金属メッキされた内面(2)を得ることを可能にする金属メッキするサブ工程を含み、前記金属メッキするサブ工程自体が、
・グラフト化された内面(2)を金属イオン、好ましくは銀イオンを含有する溶液と接触させる作業と、
・前記金属イオンを前記グラフト化剤上に定着する金属に変換するために、前記溶液を前記グラフト化された内面(2)と接触させながら、還元剤を金属イオンを含有する前記溶液内に導入する作業と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記金属メッキするサブ工程が、前記グラフト化された内面(2)の全体にわたって実質的に均一である析出金属を得るために、前記表面を前記金属イオンおよび前記還元剤の両方を含有する前記溶液と接触させながら、前記グラフト化された内面(2)を好ましくは機械的に撹拌する作業も含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記金属メッキするサブ工程後にベーク工程を含み、該ベーク工程において、前記金属メッキするサブ工程の実施により前記内面上に存在する金属膜を乾燥させて硬化させるために、前記金属メッキされた内面(2)がベークされることを特徴とする請求項10または請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記内張り(8)が、大部分、銀、金、銅、ニッケル、白金および亜鉛からなる群から選択される金属で作られることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記中空体(1)が、前記空洞(3)内に液体もしくは半液体物質、特にはボディ香水などのアルコール液を含有するように設計された容器(4)を構成し、前記容器(4)が、閉鎖メンバー(5)によって閉鎖されるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記内張り(8)が、前記空洞(3)内に含有される物質と接触するように設計される前記内面(2)の最表層を形成するように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 空洞(3)を規定するガラス内面(2)を備える中空体(1)であって、前記内面(2)の少なくとも一部分が、大部分が金属である組成物の内張り(8)で被覆され、前記内張り(8)での前記被覆が、
・活性化剤を前記内面(2)の表面上に存在させるために、前記内面(2)を前記活性化剤と接触させることによって前記内面(2)を活性化するサブ工程と、
・前記活性化剤に化学的に結合するグラフト化剤を用いてグラフト化するサブ工程と
を少なくとも含む方法を使用することによって得られ、
前記中空体が、単一ピースのガラスを含み、該単一ピースのガラスの内側に前記空洞(3)が形成されることを特徴とする中空体(1)。 - 前記内張り(8)が、大部分、銀、金、銅、ニッケル、白金および亜鉛からなる群から選択される金属で作られることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の中空体(1)。
- 前記内張り(8)が、実質的に800mg/m2以上、好ましくは実質的に1,000mg/m2以上である単位面積当たりの質量で前記内面(2)を被覆することを特徴とする請求項16または請求項17に記載の中空体(1)。
- 手で保持されて取り扱われるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項16〜18のいずれかに記載の中空体(1)。
- 前記内面(2)が、前記内張り(8)で実質的に完全に被覆されることを特徴とする請求項16〜19のいずれかに記載の中空体(1)。
- 前記内張り(8)の厚さ(E1)が、実質的に均一であることを特徴とする請求項16〜20のいずれかに記載の中空体(1)。
- 前記空洞(3)内に液体もしくは半液体物質、特にボディ香水などのアルコール液を含有するように設計された容器(4)を構成し、前記容器(4)が、閉鎖メンバー(5)によって閉鎖されるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項16〜21のいずれかに記載の中空体(1)。
- 前記空洞(3)が、前記空洞(3)が外側と連通できる開口部(7)を規定するスロート(6)を形成し、前記開口部(7)が、前記容器(4)を閉鎖するために、前記閉鎖メンバー(5)と協働するように設計されることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の中空体(1)。
- 液体ボディ香水を貯蔵および分注するように設計される瓶を構成することを特徴とする請求項22または請求項23に記載の中空体(1)。
- 前記内張り(8)を、前記液体もしくは半液体物質と接触させるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項22〜24のいずれかに記載の中空体(1)。
