Claims (16)
- 骨および／または軟骨障害を疑われる哺乳類における骨および／または軟骨障害をスクリーニングするための方法であって、
（a）前記哺乳類から得た試験試料と、配列番号2、10、16、19、28、および29からなる群より選択される２以上のポリペプチドの発現レベルを検出するための抗体またはこれらの断片とを接触させ；
（b）前記２以上のポリペプチドの発現レベルを測定し；および、
（c）工程（b）での発現レベルを正常な対照発現レベルと比較すること、
を含み、
ここで、正常な対照発現レベルに対する工程（b）での発現レベルの変化は、前記哺乳動物における骨および／または軟骨障害の指標である、方法。 - 前記抗体またはこれらの断片が、以下：
（a）配列番号：2のアミノ酸180-190；
（b）配列番号：2のアミノ酸301-310；
（c）配列番号：2のアミノ酸340-350；
（d）配列番号：10のアミノ酸203-222；
（e）配列番号：10のアミノ酸343-359；
（f）配列番号：16のアミノ酸238-257；
（g）配列番号：16のアミノ酸578-597；
（h）配列番号：16のアミノ酸88-107；
（i）配列番号：19のアミノ酸91-110；
（j）配列番号：19のアミノ酸158-172；
（k）配列番号：19のアミノ酸215-232；
（1）配列番号：28のアミノ酸49-59；
（m）配列番号：28のアミノ酸158-167；
（n）配列番号：29のアミノ酸285-300；
（o）配列番号：29のアミノ酸555-570；および
（p）配列番号：29のアミノ酸621-635
からなる群より選択されるエピトープに特異的に結合する、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記抗体またはこれらの断片が、ビーズ、スライド、ゲル、マルチウェルプレートおよびカラムの群の少なくとも1つから選択される支持基体上に固定される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記哺乳類がヒトである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記骨および／または軟骨障害が骨粗鬆症および/またはリウマチ様関節炎からなる群より選択される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 正常な対照の発現レベルが、1つまたは複数の病気にかかっていない哺乳類からの試料に対する抗体またはこれらの断片の結合を測定することによって決定される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記試験試料が、血液、尿、滑液、涙、汗、唾液、血清、リンパ、精液、膣液、脳脊髄液、細胞培養上清、細胞抽出物および組織抽出物からなる群より選択される哺乳動物体液を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記抗体がモノクローナル抗体である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記抗体がポリクローナル抗体である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 以下：
（a）配列番号：2、10、16、19、28、および29からなる群より選択される２以上のポリペプチドに特異的に結合する抗体またはこれらの断片；および、
（b）前記ポリペプチドに対する前記抗体の結合を検出するための手段
を含む哺乳類前記キットにおける骨および／または軟骨障害を診断するためのキット。 - 前記抗体またはこれらの断片が、以下：
（a）配列番号：2のアミノ酸180-190；
（b）配列番号：2のアミノ酸301-310；
（c）配列番号：2のアミノ酸340-350；
（d）配列番号：10のアミノ酸203-222；
（e）配列番号：10のアミノ酸343-359；
（f）配列番号：16のアミノ酸238-257；
（g）配列番号：16のアミノ酸578-597；
（h）配列番号：16のアミノ酸88-107；
（i）配列番号：19のアミノ酸91-110；
（j）配列番号：19のアミノ酸158-172；
（k）配列番号：19のアミノ酸215-232；
（1）配列番号：28のアミノ酸49-59；
（m）配列番号：28のアミノ酸158-167；
（n）配列番号：29のアミノ酸285-300；
（o）配列番号：29のアミノ酸555-570；および
（p）配列番号：29のアミノ酸621-635
からなる群より選択されるエピトープに特異的に結合する、請求項10記載のキット。 - 前記抗体またはこれらの断片がマルチウェルプレートの複数のウェルにおいて固定される、請求項10記載のキット。
- 使用説明書をさらに含む、請求項10記載のキット。
- 前記抗体がモノクローナル抗体である、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項記載のキット。
- 前記抗体がポリクローナル抗体である、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項記載のキット。
- 前記抗体またはこれらの断片が、配列番号2、10及び19からなる群より選択される２以上のポリペプチドの発現レベルを検出するためである、請求項1記載の方法。
