VinnexR2510:部分鹸化ポリビニルアルコールで安定化された酢酸ビニル−ホモポリマーをベースとする43℃のTgを有する水再分散性ポリマー粉末
再分散性ポリマー粉末2(RDP2):
VinnexR2504:部分鹸化ポリビニルアルコールで安定化された酢酸ビニル−エチレン−コポリマーをベースとする−4℃のTgを有する水再分散性ポリマー粉末
バイオポリマー1(BiO1)
NatureWorksR PLA ポリマー 2002D:NatureWorks社のポリ乳酸
バイオポリマー2(BiO2):
EasterRBiO:Novamont社の脂肪族−芳香族コポリエステル
滑剤(GM):
Baerlocher社のステアリン酸カルシウム Caesit 1
Claims (11)
- 1つ以上の脂肪族ポリエステルを基礎とする生分解性成形体を製造するための混合物において、前記混合物が、さらに1つ以上の水再分散性ポリマー粉末を含有することを特徴とする、生分解性成形体を製造するための混合物。
- 脂肪族ポリエステルとして、ポリ乳酸、ポリヒドロキシ脂肪酸、C2−C6−アルキレンのポリアルキレンサクシネート及びポリアルキレンアジペートの群からの1つ以上が含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の混合物。
- 前記混合物が、ポリ乳酸及び水再分散性ポリマー粉末を含有し;又はポリ乳酸及び少なくとも1つのさらなる脂肪族ポリエステル及び水再分散性ポリマー粉末を含有し;ポリ乳酸及び少なくとも1つの脂肪族−芳香族ポリエステル、及び場合によりポリ乳酸とは異なる少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリエステル及び水再分散性ポリマー粉末を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の混合物。
- 前記混合物が、さらにデンプン、タンパク質及びセルロースエステルの群からの少なくとも1つのバイオポリマーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の混合物。
- 水再分散性ポリマー粉末として、そのつど部分鹸化ポリビニルアルコールを保護コロイドとして有する、酢酸ビニル−ホモポリマー、酢酸ビニル及びエチレンとのコポリマー、酢酸ビニル、エチレン及びC原子9〜11個を有するα位で分枝したモノカルボン酸のビニルエステルとのコポリマーを基礎とする1つ以上が含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の混合物。
- 水再分散性ポリマー粉末として、−20℃〜+20℃の比較的低いTgを有する水再分散性ポリマー粉末と、+30℃〜+60℃の比較的高いTgを有する水再分散性ポリマー粉末との混合物が含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の混合物。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の混合物を用いた生分解性成形体の製造法であって、その際、前記脂肪族ポリエステル及び前記水再分散性ポリマー粉末並びに場合によりさらなる添加剤を互いに混合し、且つ熱可塑性成形技術によって成形体へと加工する方法。
- 請求項7記載の生分解性成形体の製造法であって、その際、プラスチックの熱可塑性加工に際して通常用いられる添加剤をさらに使用する方法。
- 請求項7又は8記載の生分解性成形体の製造法であって、その際、さらに無機充填剤又は有機充填剤を使用する方法。
- 請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法による生成物の、生分解性成形体としての使用。
- コンポスト化可能な包装材料として、コンポスト化可能なケータリング品として、園芸及び造園におけるコンポスト化可能な製品として、医療分野におけるコンポスト化可能な製品として、キャンプ分野におけるコンポスト化可能な製品としての、請求項10記載の使用。
