Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 煉瓦の層(2)およびモルタル目地(3)を備えている組積造(1)であって、少なくとも1つのモルタル目地(3)は、補強帯片(4)によって補強されており、前記帯片(4)は、少なくとも2つの真っ直ぐに連続的に延在している実質的に平行の鋼補強ワイヤ(5)を備えており、前記鋼補強ワイヤ(5)は、前記鋼補強ワイヤ(5)に接着または溶接された鋼ワイヤ接続構造(6)によって、互いに接続されている、組積造(1)において、 前記少なくとも2つの真っ直ぐに延在している補強ワイヤ(5)を含む面から突出し、前記モルタル内への鋼補強ワイヤ(5)の埋設を可能にするスペーサ要素(7)を形成する隆起(7)が、前記ワイヤ接続構造(6)に設けられていることを特徴とする組積造(1)。
- 前記ワイヤ接続構造(6)は、前記スペーサ要素(7)を形成するために、前記少なくとも2つの真っ直ぐに延在している補強ワイヤ(5)を含む前記面から突出する前記隆起(7)をもたらすように、曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組積造(1)。
- 前記ワイヤ接続構造(6)の前記隆起(6)は、前記少なくとも2つの真っ直ぐに延在している補強ワイヤ(5)を含む前記面の両側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の組積造(1)。
- 前記ワイヤ接続構造(6)の前記曲げられた隆起(7)は、銃眼形状または正弦波形状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組積造(1)。
- 前記スペーサ要素(7)は、前記ワイヤ接続構造(6)と前記鋼補強ワイヤ(5)との接続点から最大10cm、例えば、最大5cm、例えば、最大3cmの距離内に位置していることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組積造(1)。
- モルタルの層が、前記補強帯片と前記上の煉瓦層との間に位置していることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組積造(1)。
- 前記隆起は、前記真っ直ぐに延在している補強ワイヤの上部によって画定されている前記面から最大6mm、例えば、最大4mm、例えば、最大2mmの深さを有していることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組積造(1)。
- 請求項1による組積造を製造するための補強帯片(4)であって、前記補強帯片(4)は、少なくとも2つの真っ直ぐに連続的に延在している実質的に平行の鋼補強ワイヤ(5)を備えており、前記鋼補強ワイヤ(5)は、鋼ワイヤ接続構造(6)によって互いに溶接連結されている、補強帯片(4)において、前記少なくとも2つの真っ直ぐに延在している補強ワイヤ(5)を含む面から突出し、スペーサ要素(7)を形成する隆起(7)が、前記ワイヤ接続構造(6)に設けられていることを特徴とする補強帯片(4)。
- 前記ワイヤ接続構造(6)は、前記スペーサ要素(7)を形成するために、前記少なくとも2つの真っ直ぐに延在している補強ワイヤ(5)を含む前記面から突出する前記隆起(7)をもたらすように、曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の補強帯片(4)。
- 前記ワイヤ接続構造(6)の前記隆起(7)は、前記少なくとも2つの真っ直ぐに延在している補強ワイヤ(5)を含む前記面の両側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の補強帯片。
- 前記ワイヤ接続構造(6)の前記曲げられた隆起(7)は、銃眼形状または正弦波形状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の補強帯片。
- 前記スペーサ要素(7)は、前記ワイヤ接続構造(6)と前記鋼補強ワイヤ(5)との接続点から最大10cm、例えば、最大5cm、例えば、最大3cmの距離内に位置していることを特徴とする請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の補強帯片。
- 前記隆起は、前記真っ直ぐに延在している補強ワイヤの上部によって画定されている前記面から最大6mm、例えば、最大4mm、例えば、最大2mmの深さを有していることを特徴とする請求項8〜12のいずれか一項に記載の補強帯片。
