Claims (5)
- バッテリーセルアッセンブリであって、
第一矩形輪状のパネル部材と、第二矩形輪状のパネル部材と、及び、少なくとも一のバッテリーセルとを備えてなり、
前記第一矩形輪状のパネル部材が、第一側壁と、第二側壁と、第一最上部壁と、及び第一底部壁とを有してなり、
前記第一側壁及び前記第二側壁が、実質的に互いに平行であり、前記第一最上部壁と前記第一底部壁の間に配置されてなり、
前記第一側壁が、第一結合部材を備えてなり、
前記第二側壁が、第一レッジ部を備えてなり、
前記第二矩形輪状のパネル部材が、第三側壁と、第四側壁と、第二最上部壁と、及び第二底部壁とを有してなり、
前記第三側壁及び前記第四側壁が、実質的に互いに平行であり、前記第二最上部壁と前記第二底部壁の間に配置されてなり、
前記第三側壁が、第二結合部材を備えてなり、
前記第四側壁が、第二レッジ部を備えてなり、
これにより、前記第一矩形輪状のパネル部材における前記第一側壁の前記第一結合部材が、前記第二矩形輪状のパネル部材における前記第四側壁の前記第二レッジ部を係合し、及び、
前記第二矩形輪状のパネル部材における前記第三側壁の前記第二結合部材が、前記第一矩形輪状のパネル部材における前記第二側壁の前記第一レッジ部を係合してなり、
前記少なくとも一のバッテリーセルが、前記第一矩形輪状のパネル部材及び第二矩形輪状のパネル部材の間でしっかりと固定されてなる、バッテリーセルアッセンブリ。 - 前記バッテリーセルが、本体部と、及び前記本体部の周辺に伸びる周辺リップ部を有してなり、
前記周辺リップ部が、前記第一矩形輪状のパネル部材と第二矩形輪状のパネル部材の間に挟持されてなる、請求項1のバッテリーセルアッセンブリ。 - 前記第一矩形輪状のパネル部材と前記第二矩形輪状のパネル部材が、プラスチックで構成されてなる、請求項1のバッテリーセルアッセンブリ。
- 前記第二側壁が、第三結合部材を更に有してなり、
前記第一側壁が、第三レッジ部を更に有してなり、
前記第四側壁が、第四結合部材を更に有してなり、
前記第三側壁が、第四レッジ部を更に有してなり、
これにより、
前記第一矩形輪状のパネル部材における前記第二側壁の前記第三結合部材が、前記第二矩形輪状のパネル部材における前記第三側壁の前記第四レッジ部を係合し、及び、
前記第二矩形輪状のパネル部材における前記第四側壁の前記第四結合部材が、前記第一矩形輪状のパネル部材における前記第一側壁の前記第三レッジ部を係合してなる、請求項1のバッテリーセルアッセンブリ。 - バッテリーセルアッセンブリの組み立て方法であって、
前記バッテリーセルアッセンブリが、第一側壁と、第二側壁と、第一最上部壁と、及び第一底部壁とを備えた第一矩形輪状のパネル部材を有してなり、
前記第一側壁及び前記第二側壁が、実質的に互いに平行であり、前記第一最上部壁と前記第一底部壁の間に配置されてなり、
前記第一側壁が、第一結合部材を有してなり、
前記第二側壁が、第一レッジ部を有してなり、
前記バッテリーセルアッセンブリが、第三側壁と、第四側壁と、第二最上部壁と、及び第二底部壁とを備えた第二矩形輪状のパネル部材を更に有してなり、
前記第三側壁及び第四側壁が、実質的に互いに平行であり、前記第二最上部壁と前記第二底部壁の間に配置されてなり、
前記第三側壁が、第二結合部材を有してなり、
第四側壁が第二レッジ部を有してなるものであり、
前記方法が、
前記第一矩形輪状のパネル部材及び第二矩形輪状のパネル部材の間に少なくとも一のバッテリーセルを配置してなり、
前記第一矩形輪状のパネル部材における前記第一側壁の前記第一結合部材を、前記第二矩形輪状のパネル部材における前記第四側壁の前記第二レッジ部に係合してなり、
前記少なくとも一のバッテリーセルが、前記第一矩形輪状のパネル部材と第二矩形輪状のパネル部材の間でしっかりと固定されるように、前記第二矩形輪状のパネル部材における前記第三側壁の前記第二結合部材を、前記第一矩形輪状のパネル部材における前記第二側壁の前記第一レッジ部に係合してなることを含んでなる、バッテリーセルアッセンブリの組み立て方法。
