Claims (23)
- GT468に結合する能力を有し、且つ以下の1つ又はそれ以上の活性を有する抗体:
(i)GT468を発現する腫瘍細胞の死滅化、
(ii)GT468を発現する腫瘍細胞の増殖の阻害、
(iii)GT468を発現する腫瘍細胞のコロニー形成の阻害、及び
(iv)GT468を発現する腫瘍細胞の転移の阻害。 - 前記1つ又はそれ以上の活性が、前記細胞によって発現されるGT468の細胞外ドメインへの前記抗体の結合によって誘導される請求項1に記載の抗体。
- GT468を発現する前記腫瘍細胞が癌細胞である請求項1又は2に記載の抗体。
- 前記癌細胞が、乳癌、肺癌、胃癌、卵巣癌、肝細胞癌、結腸癌、膵癌、食道癌、頭頸部癌、腎癌、特に腎細胞癌、前立腺癌、肝癌、黒色腫、肉腫、骨髄腫、神経芽細胞腫、胎盤性絨毛癌、子宮頸癌及び甲状腺癌、並びにそれらの転移形態、並びに肺の転移性癌からなる群より選択される癌に由来する請求項3に記載の抗体。
- モノクローナル、キメラ、ヒト若しくはヒト化抗体、又は抗体のフラグメントである請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の抗体。
- GT468が配列番号:2に従ったアミノ酸配列を有する請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の抗体。
- 前記抗体がGT468に特異的に結合する請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の抗体。
- GT468の天然抗原決定基に結合する請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の抗体。
- 配列番号:2−10及び35−82からなる群より選択されるアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質若しくはペプチド又はその免疫原性フラグメント若しくは誘導体、あるいは前記タンパク質若しくはペプチド又はその免疫原性フラグメント若しくは誘導体を発現する核酸又は宿主細胞で動物を免疫する工程を含む方法によって得られる請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の抗体。

- GT468を発現する細胞及び/又はその細胞表面とGT468の結合を特徴とする細胞を死滅させる方法であって、前記細胞を、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の抗体及び/又は請求項14または15に記載の複合体の有効量と接触させることを含む方法。
- GT468を発現する細胞及び/又はその細胞表面とGT468の結合を特徴とする細胞の転移拡大を阻害する方法であって、前記細胞を、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の抗体及び/又は請求項14または15に記載の複合体の有効量と接触させることを含む方法。
- 被験者においてGT468を発現する細胞及び/又はそれらの細胞表面とGT468の結合を特徴とする細胞が関与する疾患又は障害の治療又は予防に用いられる医薬組成物の製造のための、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の抗体、又は請求項14または15に記載の複合体の使用。
- 前記疾患又は障害が腫瘍関連疾患である、請求項20に記載の使用。
- 前記腫瘍関連疾患が癌である、請求項21に記載の使用。
- 前記癌が、乳癌、肺癌、胃癌、卵巣癌、肝細胞癌、結腸癌、膵臓癌、食道癌、頭頸部癌、腎癌、特に腎細胞癌、前立腺癌、肝臓癌、黒色腫、肉腫、骨髄腫、神経芽細胞腫、胎盤性絨毛癌、子宮頸癌及び甲状腺癌、並びにそれらの転移形態、並びに肺の転移性癌からなる群より選択される、請求項22に記載の使用。
