Claims (15)
- ステントであって、
螺旋形状に捻回されて1つの束にされている複数のフィラメントを含むステントワイヤであって、複数の屈曲部を有するように屈曲され、該屈曲部によって分けられた複数の実質的に直線状のワイヤセクションを有する形状にされたステントワイヤを含み、
屈曲部における前記フィラメントの各々が円筒断面を有し、前記複数のフィラメントの少なくとも1つが、該屈曲部において隣接するフィラメントから離れている、
ステント。 - 前記ステントが少なくとも3つのフィラメントを含む、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記複数のフィラメントが中芯ワイヤをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載のステント。
- 前記複数の屈曲部が約75度〜約90度の角度を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 形成されたステントにおける前記複数の屈曲部が約83度の有角形状を有する、請求項4に記載のステント。
- 前記複数のフィラメントの各々が、当該フィラメントの全長にわたって一様な円筒断面を有する、請求項7に記載のステント。
- 前記形状のつけられたステントワイヤが、中心軸の周りに螺旋状に巻回されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記形状のつけられたステントワイヤが、前記複数のフィラメントの前記螺旋形状の捻回方向と同一の方向に巻回されている請求項7に記載のステント。
- 前記複数のフィラメントが、各々隣接するフィラメントから均等に離間されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- z型ステントを製造する方法であって、
複合フィラメントを撚り線状としたワイヤを供給するステップと、
前記ワイヤを屈曲して、複数の屈曲部によって分けられた実質的に直線状の複数のワイヤセクションを含むz型パターンにするステップと、
前記パターンにされた一定長さのワイヤを中心軸の周りに巻回するステップと、
前記ワイヤの前記フィラメントを所定の程度まで巻き戻し又は余分巻きするステップと、
前記撚り線状のワイヤの端部を互いに連結するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記形状のつけられたステントワイヤを、前記撚り線状としたワイヤの前記フィラメントによって形成されている螺旋と同一の方向に螺旋状に巻回する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- ルーメンを有する管状に形成されている生適合性材料からなるグラフトと、
前記グラフトの表面付近に配置されているステントであって、螺旋形状に捻回されて束状とされた、それぞれ円筒断面を有する複数のフィラメントを含み、該複数のフィラメントが屈曲されて、複数の屈曲部によって分けられた実質的に直線状の複数のワイヤセクションを有する形状とされているステントと
を含み、
屈曲部における前記複数のフィラメントの少なくとも1つが、該屈曲部において隣接するフィラメントからから一様に離隔されている、
人工器官。 - 前記ステントが7つの単フィラメントを含む、請求項12に記載の人工器官。
- 前記ステント及び前記単フィラメントが、当該ステントと当該単フィラメントとが同一の方向に、螺旋状に巻回されている、請求項12又は13に記載の装具。
- 前記ステントの一部分が、前記グラフトの近位端内表面及び遠位端内表面の内部で螺旋状に巻回されている、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
