Description

ここで、1次焼成工程において、Hガス濃度を75%、熱処理温度を1400℃に設定し、2時間の焼成を行い、2次焼成工程において、大気圧(常圧)条件の窒素(N)雰囲気(Hガス濃度75%)で熱処理温度を1750℃に設定し、2時間の焼成を行ったところ、坩堝に投入した内容物が溶融してしまった。そこで、常圧条件下でHガス濃度が4%である還元雰囲気としたところ、坩堝の内容物は溶融せずに赤色蛍光体を得ることができた。
