Abstract
【解決手段】ビス‐N置換されたp‐トルイジン(主促進剤)およびビス‐N‐置換されたアニリンまたはビス‐N‐置換されたm‐トルイジン(副促進剤)の組成物を促進剤として使用する。

Description
「樹脂組成物」とは、樹脂生成における反応性組成物からなる組成物(ベース樹脂)を意味し、ラジカル重合可能な化合物、化合物を生成するための触媒、反応性希釈剤、促進剤、ならびに、安定剤、および、必要に応じて他の反応性希釈剤を含む。この概念は、「有機結合剤」の概念と同じ意味で用いられる。
(1)オルソ系樹脂:これらは、無水フタル酸、無水マレイン酸またはフマル酸、および、1,2‐プロピレングリコール、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、1,3‐プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリプロピレングリコール、ネオペンチルグリコールまたは水素化ビスフェノール‐Aなどのグリコールをベースとする;
(2)イソ系樹脂:これらは、イソフタル酸、無水マレイン酸またはフマル酸およびグリコールから生成される。これらの樹脂は、オルソ系樹脂よりも高い割合で反応性希釈剤を含有していてもよい;
(3)ビスフェノールA‐フマレート:これらは、エトキシ化ビスフェノールAおよびフマル酸をベースとする;
(4)HET酸系樹脂(ヘキサクロロ‐エンド‐メチレン‐テトラヒドロフタル酸系樹脂):これらは、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂の生成時にクロリン/臭素を含有する無水物またはフェノールから得られる樹脂である。

このようにして得られたA成分とB成分とからなる組成物のゲル化時間の決定は、市販の装置(Gernorm(商標登録)‐ゲルタイマー)によって25℃の温度で行われる。このために、A成分とB成分とは容積比3:1で混合され、混合直後にシリコーン槽で25℃に調整され、試料の温度が測定される。試料自体は試験管に挿入されており、試験管はシリコーン槽に沈めたエアジャケット内で温度調整される。
硬化された物質の耐荷重性能を決定するためにM12のアンカーボルトを使用する。このアンカーボルトは、14mmの直径および73mmの穿孔深さを有するコンクリートのドリル孔内に本発明による2成分反応性樹脂で固定される。堅固なアンカーボルトを使用して、狭い部分で支持されたアンカーボルトの中心を引き抜くことによって平均耐荷重を算出する。それぞれ3本のアンカーボルトを固定し、24時間の硬化後に耐荷重性能を測定する。このように測定された耐荷重性能は、これらの平均値が、表2に、ゲル化時間と同様に示されている。
Claims (17)
- 前記主促進剤(I)が、N,N‐ビス(2‐ヒドロキシエチル)‐p‐トルイジン、N,N‐ビス(2‐ヒドロキシプロピル)‐p‐トルイジンまたはこれらのエトキシ化もしくはプロポキシ化された誘導体である請求項1に記載の促進剤組成物。
- 前記副促進剤(II)が、N,N‐ジエチルアニリン、N,N‐ビス(2‐ヒドロキシエチル)‐アニリン、N‐エチル‐N‐ヒドロキシエチルアニリン、N,N‐ビス(2‐ヒドロキシエチル)‐m‐トルイジンまたはN,N‐ビス(2‐ヒドロキシプロピル)‐m‐トルイジンから選択される、請求項1または2に記載の促進剤組成物。
- 前記主促進剤(I)が、N,N‐ビス(2‐ヒドロキシプロピル)‐p‐トルイジンであり、前記副促進剤(II)が、N,N‐ビス(2‐ヒドロキシエチル)‐m‐トルイジンである、請求項3に記載の促進剤組成物。
- 主促進剤(I):副促進剤(II)のモル比が3:1である、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の促進剤組成物。
- 少なくとも1つのラジカル重合可能な化合物、前記硬化物質のための促進剤、および場合によっては少なくとも1つの抑制剤および少なくとも1つの反応性希釈剤を含む樹脂組成物において、
前記促進剤が、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の促進剤組成物であることを特徴とする樹脂組成物。 - 前記促進剤が、請求項4または5に記載の促進剤組成物である、請求項6に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記促進剤組成物が、樹脂組成物に対して1〜3重量%の量で含有されている、請求項6または7に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項6から8までのいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物および無機添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、反応性樹脂モルタル。
- 反応性樹脂モルタルに対して30〜50重量%の量の樹脂組成物が含有されている、請求項9に記載の反応性樹脂モルタル。
- 反応性樹脂モルタルに対して50〜70重量%の量の無機添加剤がさらに含有されている、請求項9または10に記載の反応性樹脂モルタル。
- A成分として請求項9から11までのいずれか一項に記載の反応性樹脂モルタルを含み、反応を禁止するように分離した状態で、B成分として、硬化物質として有機過酸化物を含有する硬化剤を含むことを特徴とする、2成分モルタル組成物。
- 前記有機過酸化物が、ジアシルペルオキシドである、請求項12に記載の2成分モルタル組成物。
- 前記B成分がさらに鈍感剤を含有する、請求項12または13に記載の2成分モルタル組成物。
- 前記B成分が、さらに無機添加物を含有する、請求項12から14までのいずれか一項に記載の2成分モルタル組成物。
- A成分が、反応性樹脂モルタルの他に、水硬性の、または重縮合可能なもう1つの無機化合物を付加的に含有し、B成分が硬化物質の他にさらに水を含有する、請求項12から15までのいずれか一項に記載の2成分モルタル組成物。
- ドリル孔に固定部材を化学的に固定するために使用することを特徴とする、請求項12から16までのいずれか一項に記載の2成分モルタル組成物の使用法。
