Claims (10)
- 140℃で10cps未満の粘度、室温で1×106cpsを超える粘度を有する、少なくとも結晶性構成成分と、
140℃で100cps未満の粘度、室温で1×106cpsを超える粘度を有し、前記結晶性構成成分とは異なる、少なくとも非晶質構成成分と、を含む相転移インクであって、
前記相転移インクが、140℃で12cps未満の粘度、および室温で少なくとも1×106cpsの粘度を有する、相転移インク。 - 65〜130℃の温度にて相転移を有する、請求項1に記載の相転移インク。
- 前記相転移インクの粘度が、65℃未満の温度にて少なくとも10 5 cpsに増大する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の相転移インク。
- 前記相転移インクが液体である場合に、10 −2 〜10 −8 Paの弾性率G’minを有する、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の相転移インク。
- 前記相転移インクが固体である場合に、10 2 〜10 6 Paの弾性率G’maxを有する、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の相転移インク。
- 相転移の傾きの絶対値(Δlog複素粘度/ΔT)が0.2℃−1以上である、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の相転移インク。
- 前記結晶性構成成分が、前記相転移インクの総重量の60重量%以上で含まれ、前記非晶質構成成分が、前記相転移インクの総重量の5重量%以上で含まれる、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の相転移インク。
- 前記結晶性および非晶質構成成分が、約60:40〜約95:5の重量比でブレンドされた、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の相転移インク。
- 顔料、染料またはこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される着色剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の相転移インク。
- インクジェット印刷装置に相転移インクを組み込む工程であって、この相転移インクが、
140℃で10cps未満の粘度、室温で1×10 6 cpsを超える粘度を有する、少なくとも結晶性構成成分と、
140℃で100cps未満の粘度、室温で1×10 6 cpsを超える粘度を有し、前記結晶性構成成分とは異なる、少なくとも非晶質構成成分と、を含み、
前記相転移インクが、140℃の温度で12cps未満の粘度、および室温で少なくとも1×106cpsの粘度を有する、工程と、
このインクジェット印刷装置内部にて前記相転移インクを溶融する工程と、
前記溶融したインクの液滴を基材に放出して画像を形成する工程と、
を含む、印刷方法。
