Abstract
【構成】ハウジングAと、リリーフ弁4と、小径通路部21と大径通路部22とからなる弁通路2と、小径通路部21とハウジング外部Aとを連通する主排出流路33と、小径通路部21に連通する主リリーフ流路31と、大径通路部22に連通する補助リリーフ流路32と、補助リリーフ流路32に装着されるソレノイドバルブ6と、バネ8とからなること。ソレノイドバルブ6は、エンジン回転数の増減に応じて補助リリーフ流路32と大径通路部22との連通又は遮断のいずれか一方となるように切替制御され、遮断時には大径通路部22内のオイル排出が行われること。

Claims (5)
- ハウジングと、主受圧面を有する小径部と段差箇所を補助受圧面とした大径部とからなるリリーフ弁と、小径通路部と大径通路部とからなる弁通路と、前記小径通路部とハウジング外部とを連通する主排出流路と、前記小径通路部に連通する主リリーフ流路と、前記大径通路部に連通する補助リリーフ流路と、該補助リリーフ流路に装着されるソレノイドバルブと、前記リリーフ弁をリリーフ圧方向と反対方向に弾性付勢するバネとからなり、前記ソレノイドバルブは、エンジン回転数の増減に応じて補助リリーフ流路と前記大径通路部との連通又は遮断のいずれか一方となるように切替制御されると共に遮断時には前記大径通路部内のオイル排出が行われる構成としてなることを特徴とするリリーフ弁装置。
- 請求項1において、前記補助リリーフ流路は、前記主リリーフ流路から分岐されてなることを特徴とするリリーフ弁装置。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記リリーフ弁の小径部の軸方向寸法は、前記小径通路部の通路全長よりも長く形成されてなることを特徴とするリリーフ弁装置。
- 請求項1,2又は3のいずれか1項の記載において、前記リリーフ弁の内部には、前記主受圧面から前記大径部の外周側面に亘って連通する弁内流路が形成されてなることを特徴とするリリーフ弁装置。
- 請求項4において、前記大径通路部には予備排出流路が形成され、前記弁内流路の前記大径部側の流路開口は、前記予備排出流路に連通可能としてなることを特徴とするリリーフ弁装置。
