Claims (3)
- 製品を成型するキャビティを形成する成型面と、
前記成型面側とは反対側の面に、前記成型面側に窪んだ曲面とが形成されていることを特徴とする鋳造用金型。 - 前記曲面は、前記キャビティに溶湯が注入された場合に、前記溶湯によってかかる応力の一部を面方向に分散させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋳造用金型。
- 前記成型面を有する第1金型と、
前記第1金型の背面側に配置され、前記第1金型と向かい合う面とは反対側の面に前記曲面が形成された第2金型とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鋳造用金型。
