Abstract
【解決手段】端子長手方向をX方向とし、X方向に直交する端子幅方向ならびに圧着対象の電線Wの導体Waの周方向をY方向とした場合、導体圧着部12の内面13a,14aに凹状のセレーションが設けられた圧着端子において、セレーションとして、電線Wの素線Wcの直径より小さい直径の多数の同一形状の円筒凹部16が点在するように設けられ、多数の円筒凹部16のなかに、Y方向に互いの位置がずれた関係にある複数の円筒凹部16の間でY方向の位置が一部で互いに寸法Sだけラップする関係のものが分散して含まれている。

Claims (5)
- 端子長手方向をX方向とし、X方向に直交する端子幅方向ならびに圧着対象の電線の導体の周方向をY方向とした場合に、
底板と、該底板のY方向における両側に延設されて該底板の内面上にX方向に沿って配される素線束よりなる電線の導体を包むように加締められる一対の導体加締片とで断面略U字状に形成された導体圧着部を有し、該導体圧着部の内面に凹状のセレーションが設けられた圧着端子において、
前記セレーションとして、前記電線の素線の直径より小さい直径の多数の同一形状の円筒凹部が点在するように設けられ、
前記多数の円筒凹部のなかに、Y方向に互いの位置がずれた関係にある複数の円筒凹部の間でY方向の位置が一部で互いにラップする関係のものが分散して含まれていることを特徴とする圧着端子。 - 請求項1に記載の圧着端子であって、
前記導体圧着部の内面にX方向に対して斜めに交差する格子が仮想的に設定され、該格子の各格子点に前記円筒凹部が配置されることで、X方向に隣接する格子線上の前記円筒凹部の間でY方向の位置が互いにずれており、該X方向に隣接する格子線上のY方向の位置が互いにずれた関係にある前記円筒凹部の間で、Y方向の位置が一部で互いにラップしていることを特徴とする圧着端子。 - 請求項1に記載の圧着端子であって、
前記導体圧着部の内面にX方向に対して斜めに交差しY方向に線対称な格子が仮想的に設定されることで、前記格子の一方の対角線がX方向に位置し、他方の対角線がY方向に位置しており、且つ、該格子の各格子点に前記円筒凹部が配置されることで、Y方向に一定ピッチで前記円筒凹部が直線的に配列されると共に、X方向に隣接する配列間で前記円筒凹部が半ピッチずつY方向にずれた位置関係とされており、該X方向に隣接する配列間のY方向に半ピッチずれた前記円筒凹部の間で、Y方向の位置が一部で互いにラップしていることを特徴とする圧着端子。 - 請求項3に記載の圧着端子であって、
前記格子のX方向に位置する一方の対角線が、Y方向に位置する他方の対角線よりも長くなるように設定されていることを特徴とする圧着端子。 - 請求項3に記載の圧着端子であって、
前記格子のX方向に位置する一方の対角線の長さと、Y方向に位置する他方の対角線の長さとが等しくなるように設定されていることを特徴とする圧着端子。
