Abstract
【解決手段】 この樹脂溶着方法は、第1の樹脂部材と第2の樹脂部材とを溶着して樹脂溶着体を製造する方法であって、第1の樹脂部材と第2の樹脂部材との溶着予定領域において発散するように、少なくとも溶着予定領域のレーザ光入射側端部において中央部の光強度が周囲部の光強度よりも低いものとなっているレーザ光を照射し、レーザ光の照射位置を溶着予定領域に沿って相対的に移動させて、溶着予定領域において第1の樹脂部材及び第2の樹脂部材を溶融させる。

Claims (4)
- 第1の樹脂部材と第2の樹脂部材とを溶着して樹脂溶着体を製造する樹脂溶着方法であって、
前記第1の樹脂部材と前記第2の樹脂部材との溶着予定領域において発散するように、少なくとも前記溶着予定領域のレーザ光入射側端部において中央部の光強度が周囲部の光強度よりも低いものとなっているレーザ光を照射し、前記レーザ光の照射位置を前記溶着予定領域に沿って相対的に移動させて、前記溶着予定領域において前記第1の樹脂部材及び前記第2の樹脂部材を溶融させることを特徴とする樹脂溶着方法。 - 前記第1の樹脂部材と前記第2の樹脂部材との突合せ部に沿って前記溶着予定領域を設定した場合には、前記レーザ光が少なくとも前記溶着予定領域のレーザ光入射側端部において前記第1の樹脂部材と前記第2の樹脂部材とを跨ぐように前記レーザ光の照射を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂溶着方法。
- 前記突合せ部に沿って前記溶着予定領域を複数層設定した場合には、レーザ光出射側に位置する前記溶着予定領域から順に前記レーザ光の照射を行うことを特徴とする請求項2記載の樹脂溶着方法。
- 前記レーザ光を透過する熱伝導体を前記第1の樹脂部材及び前記第2の樹脂部材に対してレーザ光入射側に配置し、前記熱伝導体をヒートシンクとして前記レーザ光の照射を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の樹脂溶着方法。
