Abstract
【解決手段】 ハウジング(11)を有し、且つハウジングに収容される貯蔵モジュール(12)を有する、自動車の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置(10)、特にハイブリッド車両又は電気車両の高電圧エネルギー貯蔵装置であって、ハウジング(11)が、環状支持フレーム(18)を備えた支持要素(17)を有し、環状支持フレーム(18)は繊維強化プラスチックで作製され、且つ環状支持フレーム(18)を用いて電気エネルギー貯蔵装置(10)を自動車の本体構造に連結することのできる、電気エネルギー貯蔵装置(10)。

Claims (10)
- ハウジング(11)を有し、且つ前記ハウジングに収容される貯蔵モジュール(12)を有する、自動車の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置、特にハイブリッド車両又は電気車両の高電圧エネルギー貯蔵装置であって、前記ハウジング(11)が、環状支持フレーム(18)を備えた支持要素(17)を有し、前記環状支持フレーム(18)は繊維強化プラスチックで作製され、且つ前記環状支持フレーム(18)を用いて前記電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を自動車の本体構造に連結できることを特徴とする、電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記支持要素(17)の前記環状支持フレーム(18)が中空部品として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記支持要素(17)が、金属で作製され、且つ前記環状支持フレーム(18)の間に延在する少なくとも1つの支持プレート(24)を有し、繊維強化プラスチックで作製される前記支持フレーム(18)が、金属で作製される前記又は各支持プレート(24)に接着結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記又は各支持プレート(24)がアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記貯蔵モジュール(12)が、前記又は各支持プレート(24)によってその制御された温度を有することができ、すなわち冷却及び/又は加熱されることができることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記又は各支持プレート(24)が空洞を有し、そこを通じて温度制御媒体が流れることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記ハウジング(11)が、前記支持フレーム(18)に解除可能に連結されるハウジング上部(15)及びハウジング下部(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- それぞれ1つの密封要素(23)が、前記ハウジング上部(15)と前記支持フレーム(18)との間、及び前記ハウジング下部(16)と前記支持フレーム(18)との間に位置決めされることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記ハウジング上部(15)及び前記ハウジング下部(16)が、いずれも、非耐荷重カバー型部品として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 貯蔵モジュール(12)が、2つのモジュールアセンブリ(13、14)、すなわち、前記支持要素(17)に上側から締結され、且つそこに載置される第1のモジュールアセンブリ(13)と、前記支持要素(17)に下側から締結され、且つそこから懸架される第2のモジュールアセンブリ(14)とを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
