Abstract
【解決手段】吸気通路2に軸支したスロットルシャフト5に吸気通路2を通過する空気量を調整するためのスロットルバルブ4が固定されているとともに閉方向に付勢されて備えられたスロットルバルブ装置1であって、ボディにスロットルシャフト5の軸孔に貫通する通孔31が形成されているとともに前記通孔31に摩擦性能を有する緩衝部材8が軸孔51に挿通されているスロットルシャフト5を押圧する状態で挿入支持されている。

Claims (5)
- 吸気通路に軸支したスロットルシャフトに前記吸気通路を通過する空気量を調整するためのスロットルバルブが固定されているとともに閉方向に付勢されて備えられたスロットルバルブ装置であって、前記吸気通路が形成されているボディに前記スロットルシャフトの軸孔に貫通する通孔が形成されているとともに前記通孔に摩擦性能を有する緩衝部材が前記軸孔に挿通されている前記スロットルシャフトを押圧する状態で挿入支持されていることを特徴とするスロットルバルブ装置。
- 前記緩衝部材が弾性材により形成されているとともに前記緩衝部材が前記通孔に螺入された押し付けねじにより前記スロットルシャフトを押圧する状態で挿入支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスロットルバルブ装置。
- 前記緩衝部材と前記押し付けねじとの間に圧縮ばね部材が介装されている請求項1または2記載のスロットルバルブ装置。
- 前記緩衝部材が球体であることを特徴とする請求項1,2または3記載のスロットルバルブ装置。
- 前記緩衝部材が柱状であるとともに先端面である前記スロットルシャフトの接触面が前記スロットルシャフトの外周に沿う凹部を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1,2または3記載のスロットルバルブ装置。
