Abstract

Claims (20)
- 減圧治療システムにおいて、
組織部位に配置されるマニホールドと、
収集チャンバー、前記マニホールドと流体連結する流入口、および、前記収集チャンバーの流出壁に配置された流出口を有する収集容器と、
前記収集容器の前記流出口に流体連結され、前記組織部位からの流体を収集チャンバーに流すように、前記収集チャンバーおよび前記組織部位に減圧を与える減圧源と、
前記流出口に取り付けられ、液体が前記収集チャンバーから前記流出口を介して流出するのを防止する液体空気セパレーターと、
前記収集容器内に設けられ、前記収集容器に流入する液体を偏向させ、前記液体空気セパレーターが早期に目詰まりするのを防ぐバッフルとを具え、
前記バッフルは、前記収集容器内に配置されたときに、前記収集容器の水平液体ラインに対し角度付けされた偏向板を具え、当該偏向板に当たる流体は前記流出壁から遠ざかるように案内されることを特徴とする減圧治療システム。 - 請求項1に記載の減圧治療システムにおいて、前記バッフルは、前記流入口と前記流出口との間で湾曲路を形成することを特徴とする減圧治療システム。

前記流出口に隣接して設けられる液体空気セパレーターと、
前記収集容器内に設けられ、前記収集容器に流入する液体を偏向させて、前記液体空気セパレーターが早期に目詰まりするのを防ぐバッフルと、
前記収集チャンバーの上方に設けられた流入チャンバーであって、流入壁部により画定される開口端部および閉口端部と、前記流入チャンバーと前記収集チャンバーとを仕切る仕切り部とを具え、前記仕切り部は、前記流入チャンバーと前記収集チャンバーとを連通させる開口部を有する流入チャンバーと、
前記流入チャンバーの開口端部の近くに泡が形成されるのを低減させるため前記流入チャンバー内に配置された多孔性発泡体とを具え、
前記流入口は前記流入チャンバーの流入壁に設けられていることを特徴とする収集容器。 - 請求項8に記載の収集容器において、前記バッフルはスクリーンであることを特徴とする収集容器。
- 請求項8に記載の収集容器において、前記流出口と前記液体空気セパレーターとは前記収集チャンバーの流出壁に設けられており、前記バッフルは前記収集容器内に配置されたときに、前記収集容器の水平液体ラインに対し角度付けされた偏向板を具え、当該偏向板に当たる流体は前記流出壁から遠ざかるように案内されることを特徴とする収集容器。
- 請求項8に記載の収集容器において、前記バッフルは、偏向板を具え、流体が前記収集チャンバーに流入する時に形成される泡を破裂させるために、少なくとも1つの膨出部が前記偏向板に配置されていることを特徴とする収集容器。
- 請求項8に記載の収集容器において、前記多孔性発泡体は、前記流入チャンバーに流入する液体のための曲がった経路を形成することを特徴とする収集容器。
- 請求項12に記載の収集容器において、前記多孔性発泡体は、連続気泡ポリウレタン発泡体であることを特徴とする収集容器。

前記収集チャンバーの上方に設けられた流入チャンバーと、前記流入チャンバーは、流入壁部により画定される開口端部および閉口端部と、前記流入チャンバーと前記収集チャンバーとを仕切る仕切り部とを具え、前記仕切り部は、前記流入チャンバーと前記収集チャンバーとを連通させる開口部を有しており;
前記流入チャンバーの流入壁部に設けられ、組織部位に流体連結される流入口と、
前記収集チャンバーと連通し、減圧源に流体連結される流出口と、
前記流出口に隣接して設けられ、液体が前記流出口を介して前記収集チャンバーから流出するのを防ぐ疎水性フィルターと、
ベースおよび偏向板を有するバッフルであって、前記ベースは、前記流入チャンバーの開口部を介して前記流入チャンバーに取り外し可能に取り付けられたバッフルとを具え、
前記バッフルの前記偏向板は、前記流入口を介して前記流入チャンバーに流入する液体を偏向させて、前記疎水性フィルターが早期に目詰まりするのを防ぐようになっていることを特徴とする収集容器。 - 請求項14に記載の収集容器において、前記バッフルは、前記収集容器の前記流入チャンバーと前記流出口との間に湾曲路を形成することを特徴とする収集容器。
