更具体地参考图2和图3,且还参考图4,在所阐释的实施方案中,罐142包括收集室166,收集室166作为用于将流体收集在罐142内的主要的储器。进入室170被设置在收集室166之上且包括开口端172和封闭端174。进入室166的封闭端174由壁178界定。入口152可以被设置在壁178上,使得导管112的主要内腔(primary lumen)有利于组织部位114与进入室170之间相通。进入室170还包括底板186,底板186至少部分使进入室170与收集室166分隔。虽然存在底板186,但是通过进入室170的开口端172且通过设置在底板186中的孔190,仍允许进入室170与收集室166之间流体相通。如图3和图4所阐释,孔190是槽,但应该注意,孔可以是洞、通道或改善进入室170与收集室166之间的相通的任何其他孔。
虽然上面已经详细描述了入口152、出口156和进入室170的位置和形状,但是入口152、出口156和进入室170的位置、形状和一般构型可以根据罐的形状和构型来变化。
正如本文中描述的,罐142主要用于收集来自组织部位114的渗出物。来自少量百分比的患者的渗出物具有独特的化学和物理特性。当流体进入罐时,这些特性促进气泡形成并起泡,且流体可以包含能够粘附到许多疏水过滤器膜的蛋白质。在正常的条件下,蛋白质膜逐渐堵塞,但当存在泡沫时,蛋白质膜被加重。“渗出物气泡”的存在因气泡突然出现时,使包含蛋白质的渗出物的微小液滴雾化而使得沉积现象最大化。这些液滴的小尺寸限制了疏水过滤器的脱液效应(1iquid-shedding effct),并促进它们快速蒸发。当蒸发时,蛋白质残余物留在液滴所处位置的表面上。当残余物积聚在疏水过滤器的表面上时,这损害了过滤器性能和气流。在只收集了罐容量的一部分之后,可以发生此阻塞,这需要过早处置罐并增大了操作成本。在严重的条件下,过滤器可被完全堵塞,这造成系统不能提供预期的治疗。在极端情形中,堵塞可导致过滤器膜完全失效,使分离流体与空气的主要要求无效以及可能污染下游部件。
参考图2-6、图7A和图7B,设置折流板210以减少蛋白质气泡的形成,使已经形成的蛋白质气泡破裂以及使设置在罐142中的疏水过滤器或其他液体-空气分离器160的过早阻塞最少。折流板210包括底座214和偏转板218,底座214具有可以被集成连接到偏转板218上的罩(shroud)222。在另一个实施方案中,罩222可以通过焊接、粘结或任何其他连接方式连接到偏转板218。凸起构件226可以被设置在折流板210上以有助于使当液体进入罐时形成的气泡破裂。凸起构件226可以是大钉,诸如在图2、图5、图6和图7B中显示的那些,或可选择地,凸起构件226可以是脊、肋状物、楔状物、圆顶、突起或能够使气泡破裂的任何其他结构。另外或可选择地,偏转板218还可以包括表面活性剂涂层以降低气泡的表面能。
虽然在图5和图6中阐释的偏转板218基本上是实心的,但偏转板218和折流板210的其他部件可以包括洞、槽、通道或其他孔。这些孔可以有利于改善的气体传输,但仍提供使在液体-空气分离器上的蛋白质沉积最少或防止该蛋白质沉积所需的阻塞或偏转特征。在一个示例性的实施方案中,折流板可以是筛或可以由筛材料构建。在另一个实施方案中,折流板可以包括偏转板或对气体流动来说是可渗透的或半渗透的其他部件。
当被组装时,折流板210的底座214被进入室170的开口端172可拆卸地容纳。如图6和图7B所阐释,偏转板218可以相对于底座214成一角度,使得进入进入室并撞击偏转板的流体被转向离开出口壁148。当折流板210被安装在罐142内时,偏转板可以相对于罐的液体水平线成一角度。液体水平线是当罐被定位在基本上竖直的位置时,由收集在罐142内的液体的顶部表面表示的线或平面。
更具体地参考图7,进入罐142的流体的路径由线234示意性地描绘。流体通过入口152并进入进入室170。然后,流体在折流板210的罩下通过且被偏转板218向下引导通过进入室170的孔190和开口端172。当流体进入收集室166时,流体流中的液体依靠重力被向下牵拉以收集在收集室166的底部。流体流中的气体可以围绕偏转板218被牵拉向上以在出口156处离开罐142。
折流板210产生供流体进入和前行通过罐142的曲折路径(例如,正如线234所阐释的)。此曲折路径减少并基本上防止因进入罐142的液体导致的液体-空气分离器160的过早阻塞。另外,折流板210的偏转板218以及任选地凸起构件226起到防止液体渗出物中的蛋白质气泡形成的作用或起到阻塞已经形成的气泡到达液体-空气分离器160的作用。折流板210还起到阻挡或基本上减少进入室170的开口端172与液体-空气分离器160之间的视线(line-of-sight)的作用。
当被安装在罐142内时,折流板210被设置成接纳在罐内破裂的气泡产生的液滴或喷雾。在一些情形中,折流板210可以被设置在罐142的出口156与罐内发生渗出物气泡破裂的区域,即气泡破裂区域之间。在一些情形中,折流板210可以被设置在出口156与液滴形成区域之间。液滴形成区域是因气泡破裂产生的渗出物液滴形成或下落的位置。在一些实施方案中,罐的气泡破裂区域和液滴形成区域可以是在相同的位置或彼此靠近。在其他实施方案中,气泡破裂区域和液滴形成区域可以是在不同的位置。对在图1-6、图7A和图7B中阐释的罐142来说,气泡破裂区域和液滴形成区域在进入室170内或接近进入室170的开口端172和孔190。
应注意,存在用于产生供流体进入罐142的曲折路径的其他方式。在一个实施方案中,诸如聚氨基甲酸酯泡沫的多孔的网状泡沫可以被设置在进入室170内。泡沫的网状性质使进入室170的开口端172附近的气泡形成最少,这限制了蛋白质沉积到液体-空气分离器160上。类似地,其他泡沫或材料可以被设置在进入室170内或被设置在进入室170与液体-空气分离器160之间以防止过早阻塞液体-空气分离器160。在可能不包括单独的进入室的罐内,多孔泡沫可以被置于罐内的任何地方以防止蛋白质沉积到液体-空气分离器上。优选地,多孔泡沫在罐内的定位应使得泡沫位于罐的液滴形成区域或气泡破裂区域与出口之间。
参考图8,阐释了根据一个示例性实施方案的折流板810。类似于折流板210,折流板810也包括底座814和偏转板818,但折流板810是采用热冲压工艺制造的。折流板810可以与类似于罐142的罐一起使用或可以与其他罐一起使用。折流板810也通过阻塞视线并在罐的出口与入口、气泡破裂区域、液滴形成区域和进入室的开口端中的至少一个之间产生曲折路径来进行操作。这样,折流板810能够防止过早阻塞与罐的出口相关的液体-空气分离器。
根据一个示例性的实施方案进一步提供了一种用于收集来自组织部位的渗出物的方法。该方法包括在收集罐内产生减压以将渗出物从组织部位吸取到收集罐。收集罐包括出口和与出口相关的液体-空气分离器。该方法还包括使来自渗出物的蛋白质在液体-空气分离器上的沉积最少或防止该沉积。使蛋白质沉积最少或防止蛋白质沉积可以按照若干不同的方式发生,所述方式包括通过提供本文中前述的折流板或多孔泡沫。这样,进入罐的渗出物可以被转向离开液体-空气分离器。通过阻挡或基本上减少收集罐的气泡破裂区域与出口之间的视线可以进一步使蛋白质沉积最少或防止蛋白质沉积。可选择地或另外,可以产生供渗出物进入收集罐的曲折路径。
本文描述的示例性实施方案中的某些实施方案还可以包括降低气泡形成的可能性的方式,诸如从导管到罐主体的流体入口渐变段(fluid inlettransition)。此流体入口渐变段可以被设置具有使空穴形成和气泡形成最少的流体流动特征。另外或可选择地,一些实施方案还可以包括液体-空气分离器的表面涂层,诸如疏油性涂层(oliophobic coating),当接触蛋白质气泡时,此涂层使蛋白质沉积最少。
将会理解,本文描述的示例性实施方案可以与任何类型、形状或尺寸的减压治疗系统一起使用且类似地与任何类型、形状或尺寸的罐一起使用。入口、出口和液体-空气分离器的位置还可以根据特定的罐样式而变化。类似地,折流板的几何形状可以按照需要被改变以符合罐的轮廓或构型。还应注意,折流板并不限于与减压治疗系统一起使用。折流板还可以与可以从防止过早阻塞液体-空气分离器的设备获益的其他医疗收集罐一起使用。
从前述内容看,应该明显的是提供了具有显著优势的本发明。虽然本发明仅以其形式中的一些来显示,但是本发明并不是恰好被限制,而是容许各种变化和修改而并不偏离本发明的精神。

Claims (39)

1.一种减压治疗系统,其包括:
歧管,其被设置在组织部位处;
罐,其具有收集室、入口和出口,所述入口流体地连接至多孔垫;
减压源,其流体地连接至所述罐的出口以将减压输送至所述收集室和所述组织部位,使得来自所述组织部位的流体被吸取到所述收集室中;
液体-空气分离器,其与所述出口结合以防止液体通过所述出口离开所述收集室;
折流板,其被设置在所述罐内以使进入所述罐的液体转向而防止过早阻塞所述液体-空气分离器。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述折流板在所述入口与所述出口之间产生曲折路径。
3.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述折流板阻挡所述罐的液滴形成区域与所述出口之间的视线。
4.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述折流板是筛。
5.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述折流板包括偏转板,所述偏转板在所述液体-空气分离器下延伸。
6.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述出口和所述液体-空气分离器被设置在所述收集室的出口壁上。
7.如权利要求6所述的系统,其中所述折流板包括偏转板,当所述偏转板被设置在所述罐内时,所述偏转板相对于所述罐的液体水平线成-角度以引导接触所述偏转板的流体离开所述出口壁。
8.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中:
所述折流板包括偏转板;且
至少一个凸起构件被设置在所述偏转板上以使当流体进入所述收集室时形成的气泡破裂。
9.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述液体-空气分离器是疏水过滤器。
10.一种用于与减压治疗系统一起使用的收集罐,所述罐包括:
收集室;
入口,其适于被流体地连接至组织部位;
出口,其适于被流体地连接至减压源;
液体-空气分离器,其被设置在所述出口附近;以及
折流板,其被设置在所述罐内以使进入所述罐的液体转向而防止过早阻塞所述液体-空气分离器。
11.如权利要求10所述的收集罐,其中所述折流板在所述入口与所述出口之间产生曲折路径。
12.如权利要求10所述的收集罐,其中所述折流板阻挡所述罐的气泡破裂区域与所述出口之间的视线。
13.如权利要求10所述的收集罐,其中所述折流板是筛。
14.如权利要求10所述的收集罐,其中所述折流板包括偏转板,所述偏转板在所述液体-空气分离器下延伸。
15.如权利要求10所述的收集罐,其中所述出口和所述液体-空气分离器被设置在所述收集室的出口壁上。
16.如权利要求15所述的收集罐,其中所述折流板包括偏转板,当所述偏转板被设置在所述罐内时,所述偏转板相对于所述罐的液体水平线成一角度以引导接触所述偏转板的流体离开所述出口壁。
17.如权利要求10所述的收集罐,其中:
所述折流板包括偏转板;且
至少一个凸起构件被设置在所述偏转板上以使当流体进入所述收集室时形成的气泡破裂。
18.一种用于与减压治疗系统一起使用的收集罐,所述罐包括:
收集室;
进入室,其被设置在所述收集室之上,所述进入室具有由进入壁界定的开口端和封闭端,所述进入室还具有使所述进入室与所述收集室分隔的底板,所述底板具有允许所述进入室与所述收集室之间相通的孔;
入口,其被设置在所述进入室的进入壁上,所述入口适于被流体地连接至组织部位;
出口,其与所述收集室相通且适于被流体地连接至减压源;
疏水过滤器,其被设置在所述出口附近以防止液体通过所述出口离开所述收集室;以及
折流板,其具有底座和偏转板,所述底座通过所述进入室的开口可拆卸地被设置在所述进入室内;
其中所述折流板的偏转板使通过所述入口进入所述进入室的液体转向而防止过早阻塞所述疏水过滤器。
19.如权利要求18所述的收集罐,其中所述折流板在所述进入室与所述罐的出口之间产生曲折路径。
20.如权利要求18所述的收集罐,其中所述折流板阻挡所述进入室的开口与所述罐的出口之间的视线。
21.如权利要求18所述的收集罐,其中所述折流板是筛。
22.如权利要求18所述的收集罐,其中所述偏转板在所述疏水过滤器下延伸。
23.如权利要求18所述的收集罐,其中所述出口和所述疏水过滤器被设置在所述收集室的与所述进入室的进入壁相对的出口壁上。
24.如权利要求23所述的收集罐,其中所述偏转板相对于所述底座成一角度以引导接触所述偏转板的流体离开所述出口壁。
25.如权利要求23所述的收集罐,其中所述出口和所述疏水过滤器被设置在所述进入室的底板下。
26.如权利要求18所述的收集罐,其中所述孔是槽。
27.如权利要求18所述的收集罐,其中至少一个凸起构件被设置在所述偏转板上以使当流体进入所述收集室时形成的气泡破裂。
28.如权利要求18所述的收集罐,其中:
所述折流板阻挡所述进入室的开口与所述罐的出口之间的视线;
所述出口与所述疏水过滤器被设置在所述收集室的与所述进入室的进入壁相对的出口壁上且在所述进入室的底板之下;且
所述偏转板在所述疏水过滤器下延伸。
29.一种用于与减压治疗系统一起使用的收集罐,所述罐包括:
收集室;
入口,其适于被流体地连接至组织部位;
出口,其适于被流体地连接至减压源;
液体-空气分离器,其被设置在所述出口附近;以及
折流板,其被设置在所述罐内以接纳所述罐内破裂的气泡产生的液滴或喷雾。
30.如权利要求29所述的收集罐,其中所述折流板被设置在液滴形成区域与所述出口之间。
31.如权利要求29所述的收集罐,其中:
所述气泡在所述罐的液滴形成区域内破裂;且
所述折流板被设置在所述液滴形成区域与所述出口之间。
32.一种用于与减压治疗系统一起使用的收集罐,所述罐包括:
收集室;
进入室,其被设置在所述收集室之上,所述进入室具有由进入壁界定的开口端和封闭端,所述进入室还具有使所述进入室与所述收集室分隔的底板,所述底板具有允许所述进入室与所述收集室之间相通的孔;

出口,其与所述收集室相通且适于被流体地连接至减压源;
液体-空气分离器,其被设置在所述出口附近以防止液体通过所述出口离开所述收集室;以及
多孔泡沫,其被设置在所述进入室内以使所述进入室的开口端附近的气泡形成最少。
33.如权利要求32所述的收集罐,其中所述多孔泡沫产生用于进入所述进入室的液体的曲折路径。
34.如权利要求32所述的收集罐,其中所述多孔泡沫是敞开小室的聚氨基甲酸酯泡沫。
35.一种用于收集来自组织部位的渗出物的方法,所述方法包括:
在收集罐内产生减压以将来自所述组织部位的渗出物吸取到所述收集罐,所述收集罐具有出口和与所述出口结合的液体-空气分离器;以及
使来自所述液体-空气分离器上的所述渗出物的蛋白质的沉积最少。
36.如权利要求35所述的方法,其中使沉积最少还包括防止沉积。
37.如权利要求35所述的方法,其中使沉积最少还包括:阻挡所述收集罐的气泡破裂区域与所述出口之间的视线。
38.如权利要求35所述的方法,其中使沉积最少还包括:产生用于进入所述收集罐的渗出物的曲折路径。
