Abstract
【解決手段】基材に保持された水硬化性樹脂組成物を硬化させると、これによりプロテクタとしての機能を有するハーフパイプ16が得られる。ハーフパイプ16は、これを硬化させるだけの設備や簡易的な金型を備えるだけでよく、ワイヤハーネス製造過程での形成・供給が可能である。すなわち、車両要件に合わせての形成・供給が可能である。ハーフパイプ16は、丸パイプを略半割にした形状の本体部18と、この本体部18に連続する取り付け部19とを有している。本体部18は、高圧導電路15を収容する部分としての導電路収容部20を有している。

Claims (4)
- 水硬化性樹脂組成物を基材に保持してなるとともに水にて導電路収容部を含む所定形状に硬化させてなる、又は、光硬化性樹脂組成物を基材に保持してなるとともに光にて導電路収容部を含む所定形状に硬化させてなる
ことを特徴とするプロテクタ。 - 請求項1に記載のプロテクタにおいて、
前記導電路収容部の収容開口面に合わせて取り付け面を形成する
ことを特徴とするプロテクタ。 - 請求項2に記載のプロテクタにおいて、
前記導電路収容部を囲むようにシールド部材を一体形成する
ことを特徴とするプロテクタ。 - 一又は複数本の導電路と、請求項1ないし請求項3いずれか記載のプロテクタとを含み、該プロテクタの導電路収容部に前記導電路を収容してなる
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。
