Abstract
【解決手段】 熱交換前の冷媒が流れる第4ダクトD4と熱交換後の冷媒が流れる第5ダクトD5とは相互に接しているため、第5ダクトD5の熱交換後の冷媒によって第4ダクトD4の熱交換前の冷媒が温められて第2バッテリ群B2の冷却効果が低下するが、第5ダクトD5の熱交換後の冷媒の一部をバイパスダクトDbを介して第2ダクトD2に排出することで熱交換後の冷媒が第5ダクトD5に滞在する時間を短くし、第4ダクトD4の熱交換前の冷媒が温まり難くして第2バッテリ群B2の冷却効果を確保することができる。これにより、第1〜第3バッテリ群B1〜B3の温度を均一化して耐久性を高めることができる。

Claims (4)
- 車幅方向一方側に配置される第1バッテリ群と、
車幅方向他方側に配置される第2バッテリ群と、
前記第1、第2バッテリ群間に配置される第3バッテリ群と、
前記第1バッテリ群の車幅方向外側に車体前後方向に配置されて熱交換後の冷媒が流れる第1ダクトと、
前記第2バッテリ群の車幅方向外側に車体前後方向に配置されて熱交換後の冷媒が流れる第2ダクトと、
前記第1、第3バッテリ群間に車体前後方向に配置されて熱交換前の冷媒が流れる第3ダクトと、
前記第2、第3バッテリ群間に該第2バッテリ群に沿って車体前後方向に配置されて熱交換前の冷媒が流れる第4ダクトと、
前記第4ダクトに接するとともに、前記第2、第3バッテリ群間に該第3バッテリ群に沿って車体前後方向に配置されて熱交換後の冷媒が流れる第5ダクトと、
前記第1、第3ダクト間、前記第2、第4ダクト間および前記第3、第5ダクト間をそれぞれ車幅方向に接続して前記第1〜第3バッテリ群との間で熱交換する連結ダクトと、 前記第5ダクトを前記第2ダクトあるいは前記第1ダクトに接続するバイパスダクトと、
を備えることを特徴とするバッテリの冷却構造。 - 前記連結ダクトの上面と前記第1〜第3バッテリ群の下面との間に伝熱部材が配置され、前記伝熱部材は前記連結ダクトの上面および前記第1〜第3バッテリ群の下面よりも柔軟性が高いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリの冷却構造。
- 前記連結ダクトの上面には、前記伝熱部材との間に存在する空気を排出する空気抜き溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリの冷却構造。
- 前記第1〜第3バッテリ群は複数のバッテリセルを積層して構成され、その積層方向は前記連結ダクトを流れる冷媒の流れ方向に一致することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3に記載のバッテリの冷却構造。
