Abstract
【解決手段】複数のLED1と、長尺状に形成され、LED1が実装される実装面を有し、左右方向に沿って冷媒を流す流路31,32を内部に有する放熱部材2とを備え、流路31,32は、放熱部材2の左右方向における中央に冷媒の流入口51,52が形成され、放熱部材2の左右方向における中央に冷媒の流入口51,52が形成され、放熱部材2の左端と右端とに冷媒の流出口61,62が形成される

Description
本実施形態のLEDユニットは、例えば、紫外線を照射するLED1を備える光源装置(紫外線硬化装置)に用いられる。このような光源装置は、紫外線を受光することによって硬化する紫外線硬化材、例えば紫外線硬化型インクに対して、紫外線を照射し紫外線硬化型インクを硬化(乾燥)させる印刷を行う印刷システムなどに利用される。

Claims (2)
- 1乃至複数のLEDと、
長尺状に形成され、前記LEDが実装される実装面を有し、長手方向に沿って冷媒を流す流路を内部に有する放熱部材とを備え、
前記流路は、前記放熱部材の長手方向における略中央に前記冷媒の流入口が形成され、前記放熱部材の長手方向における一端側と他端側とに前記冷媒の流出口が形成されることを特徴とするLEDユニット。 - 前記放熱部材は、前記実装面を有し、前記流路を内部に有する複数の放熱ユニットが互いに前記長手方向に沿って連結されることで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のLEDユニット。
