【解決手段】変速機コントローラ12は、マニュアルモードが選択されている場合は副変速機構30への入力トルクに基づき副変速機構30への入力トルクの正負を判定する。

Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載されて動力源の出力回転を変速し伝達する無段変速機であって、
変速比を無段階に変化させることができるバリエータと、
前記バリエータに対して直列に設けられる有段の副変速機構と、
前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構の全体の変速比の目標値である到達スルー変速比を前記車両の運転状態に基づき設定し前記到達スルー変速比が実現されるように前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構を制御するオートモード、及び、運転者からの入力操作に基づき前記無段変速機の変速段を選択し、前記到達スルー変速比を前記選択された変速段に基づき設定し、前記到達スルー変速比が実現されるように前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構を制御するマニュアルモードのいずれかを選択可能な変速制御手段と、
前記マニュアルモードが選択されている場合は前記副変速機構への入力トルクに基づき前記副変速機構への入力トルクの正負を判定するパワーON/OFF判定手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記変速制御手段は、前記マニュアルモードにおいては前記副変速機構に先行して前記バリエータを変速させ、
前記パワーON/OFF判定手段は、前記マニュアルモードが選択されている場合は、前記バリエータのみの変速が終了した時点のトルクを前記副変速機構への入力トルクとして推定し、この推定値に基づき前記副変速機構への入力トルクの正負を判定する、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記変速制御手段は、前記マニュアルモードにおいては前記副変速機構に先行して前記バリエータを変速させ、
前記パワーON/OFF判定手段は、前記マニュアルモードが選択されており、かつ、変速中に前記動力源のアクセル操作があった場合は、前記副変速機構への入力トルクを、前記動力源のトルク、前記バリエータの変速比、前記バリエータのベルトフリクショントルク、及び、前記バリエータの変速に伴うイナーシャトルクに基づき演算し、この演算値に基づき前記副変速機構への入力トルクの正負を判定する、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 変速比を無段階に変化させることができるバリエータと、前記バリエータに対して直列に設けられる有段の副変速機構とを備え、車両に搭載されて動力源の出力回転を変速し伝達する無段変速機において、前記副変速機構への入力トルクの正負を判定するパワーON/OFF判定方法であって、
前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構の全体の変速比の目標値である到達スルー変速比を前記車両の運転状態に基づき設定し前記到達スルー変速比が実現されるように前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構を制御するオートモード、及び、運転者からの入力操作に基づき前記無段変速機の変速段を選択し、前記到達スルー変速比を前記選択された変速段に基づき設定し、前記到達スルー変速比が実現されるように前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構を制御するマニュアルモードのいずれかを選択し、
前記マニュアルモードが選択されている場合は前記副変速機構への入力トルクに基づき前記副変速機構への入力トルクの正負を判定する、
ことを特徴とするパワーON/OFF判定方法。
