Abstract
【解決手段】大歯車軸により増速装置を介して回転される第1段、第2段、第3段圧縮羽根を有し、前記増速装置を収容する増速部カバーと、各圧縮羽根を収容する圧縮部カバーと、下部に並設されて側方から第1段、第2段、第3段クーラが挿入され且つ各圧縮部カバーに流体通路で連通した第1段、第2段、第3段クーラ収容室11a,12a,13aとが鋳物一体ケーシング1によって形成されたターボ圧縮機であって、鋳物一体ケーシング1に、並設された第1段、第2段、第3段クーラ収容室11a,12a,13aのクーラ挿入方向奥側に沿うようにオイルタンク21を一体に形成する。

Claims (3)
- 大歯車軸により増速装置を介して回転される第1段、第2段、第3段圧縮羽根を有し、前記増速装置を収容する増速部カバーと、各圧縮羽根を収容する圧縮部カバーと、下部に並設されて側方から第1段、第2段、第3段クーラが挿入され且つ前記各圧縮部カバーに流体通路で連通した第1段、第2段、第3段クーラ収容室とが鋳物一体ケーシングによって形成されたターボ圧縮機であって、前記鋳物一体ケーシングに、並設された前記第1段、第2段、第3段クーラ収容室のクーラ挿入方向奥側に沿うようにオイルタンクを一体に形成したことを特徴とするターボ圧縮機。
- 前記オイルタンクのオイルを汲み上げて冷却した後前記大歯車軸、増速装置及びピニオン軸に供給するための主オイルポンプとオイルクーラが前記鋳物一体ケーシング上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 並設された前記第1段、第2段、第3段クーラ収容室における並設方向端部のクーラ収容室が前記オイルタンクを避けて延長されており、該クーラ収容室の延長部に、流体取出口とドレン取出口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のターボ圧縮機。
