Claims (3)

  1. マグネシウムからなる負極と、
    前記負極からマグネシウムイオンを溶出させる水系電解液を保持可能な保液部と、を備え、
    前記保液部は、クエン酸塩の水溶液を水系電解液として保持し、
    前記水系電解液に含まれるクエン酸イオンの濃度が0.21mol/L以上0.89mol/L以下であることを特徴とするマグネシウム電池。
  2. 前記水系電解液のpHは、7以上11以下であることを特徴とする請求項記載のマグネシウム電池。
  3. 前記水系電解液は、クエン酸イオンを配位している水酸化アルミニウム錯体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のマグネシウム電池。
