Abstract
【解決手段】上側電極21及び下側電極22の対と、これら電極21、22間に挟まれる誘電体23とを要素とし、両電極21、22間に高圧の交流電圧またはパルス電圧が印加されることでプラズマを生成するユニット2を複数個、間欠的に配列する。各ユニット2の上側電極21と、当該ユニット2と隣り合う他のユニット2の下側電極22との間には、プラズマ生成を阻害する遮蔽部3を設ける。

Claims (1)
- 上側電極及び下側電極の対と、これら電極間に挟まれる誘電体とを要素とし、両電極間に高圧の交流電圧またはパルス電圧が印加されることでプラズマを生成するユニットを複数個、間欠的に配列してなり、
各ユニットの上側電極を、誘電体の表面に露出させ、または下側電極と比べてより誘電体の表面に近い位置に配置するとともに、
各ユニットの上側電極と、当該ユニットと隣り合う他のユニットの下側電極との間に、プラズマ生成を阻害する遮蔽部を設けたことを特徴とするプラズマアクチュエータ。
