Abstract
【解決手段】潤滑油が十分に供給される環境で用いられる鉄基焼結部材であって、気孔5を有する鉄基焼結合金からなる基材4の表面に、拡散表面硬化層3および中間層2を介して硬質炭素被膜1が設けられるとともに、前記気孔5の一部は前記拡散表面硬化層3,中間層2および硬質炭素被膜1に覆われず、前記拡散表面硬化層3の表面に開口した状態で形成されていることを特徴とする鉄基焼結部材。

Description
各種歯車やスプロケット(鎖歯車)等の自動車用機械部品やオイルポンプのロータやベーン等の各種産業用の機械部品等の潤滑油が十分に供給される環境で用いられる鉄基焼結部材に好適なものである。

Claims (6)
- 潤滑油が十分に供給される環境で用いられる鉄基焼結部材であって、
気孔を有する鉄基焼結合金からなる基材の表面に、拡散表面硬化層および中間層を介して硬質炭素被膜が設けられるとともに、前記気孔の一部は前記拡散表面硬化層、中間層および硬質炭素被膜に覆われず、前記拡散表面硬化層の表面に開口した状態で形成されていることを特徴とする鉄基焼結部材。 - 前記硬質炭素被膜は、押し込み硬さが23〜41GPaであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄基焼結部材。
- 前記硬質炭素被膜の表面の気孔率が、5〜15%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鉄基焼結部材。
- 前記硬質炭素被膜が、DLCであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の鉄基焼結部材。
- 前記中間層は、Si,Cr,Ti,W,TiC,WCから選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の鉄基焼結部材。
- 前記拡散表面硬化層が、浸炭焼入れ層,窒化層,軟窒化層,浸炭窒化層のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の鉄基焼結部材。
