Claims (10)
- 打ち抜き部分、あるいは母材シートを押し上げるための押し上げ装置(1a、1b)であって、当該押し上げ装置(1a、1b)は、第1バネ定数を有する第1バネ要素(5)と共にツール(11)の保持スリット(12)に差し込むことができ、第2バネ定数を有する第2バネ要素(6)によって特徴付けられる押し上げ装置(1a、1b)。
- 1つの保持ブロック(2)によって特徴付けられる請求項1に記載の押し上げ装置(1a、1b)。
- 前記第1バネ要素(5)のバネ定数が前記第2バネ要素(6)のバネ定数より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至2のいずれか1つに記載の押し上げ装置(1a、1b)。
- 前記第1バネ要素(5)と前記第2バネ要素(6)が、該2つのバネ要素(5、6)を容易に区別するために、それぞれに一つの印を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の押し上げ装置(1a、1b)。
- 前記押し上げ装置(1a、1b)が、前記第1バネ要素(5)と前記第2バネ要素(6)を前記保持ブロック(2)と結合するための形状(4a、4b)を有していることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の押し上げ装置(1a、1b)。
- 前記保持ブロック(2)の厚さ(d)が前記保持スリット(12)のスリット幅より厚いことを特徴とする請求項2乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の押し上げ装置(1a、1b)。
- 前記第1バネ要素(5)の幅(e)と前記第2バネ要素(6)の幅(e)が、前記保持スリット(12)のスリット幅よりも狭いので、前記第1バネ要素(5)と前記第2バネ要素(6)は、前記保持スリット(12)に差し込むことができることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の押し上げ装置(1a、1b)。
- 前記保持ブロック(2)の厚さ(d)が、前記保持スリット(12)の受け口の幅より薄いので、前記保持ブロック(2)は、受け口に差し込むことができることを特徴とする請求項6及び7のいずれか1つに記載の押し上げ装置(1a、1b)。
- 前記保持ブロック(2)が、前記保持ブロック(2)を受け口に容易に差し込むのに適している、面取りされた縁や角(3)を少なくとも1箇所有していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の押し上げ装置(1a、1b)。
- 以下のステップによって特徴付けられる、上記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の押し上げ装置(1a、1b)の使用。
−前記押し上げ装置(1a、1b)を、最初に第1バネ要素(5)と共に、あるいは最初に第2バネ要素(6)と共に、ツール(11)の保持スリット(2)に挿入し、その際、最初に挿入されなかったバネ要素は、前記押し上げ装置(1a、1b)の原位置にあって、少なくとも一部は保持スリット(12)から飛び出ている。
−飛び出ているバネ要素を加工材(13)または母材シートを押し下げることによって、打ち抜き位置に押し下げる。
−加工材(13)または母材からの打ち抜き部を打ち抜く、または折り切れ部を折り切る。−加工材(13)または母材を解放する。
−前記押し上げ装置(1a、1b)が打ち抜き位置から原位置へ戻り、その際、加工材(13)、母材シート、打ち抜き部あるいは折り切れ部が押し上げられる。
