Abstract
【解決手段】動翼本体3の腹面3vに複数の有底穴15が形成され、各有底穴15の下流側内壁部15aが動翼本体3の厚み方向Tに対して下流方向へ傾斜してあって、各有底穴15の底部15cに複数の噴出孔17が冷却通路13に連通して形成され、各噴出孔17の孔中心線17Lが有底穴15の下流側内壁部15aに沿うようになっていること。

本発明の実施形態について図1から図4を参照して説明する。なお、図中、「D」は、下流方向、「U」は、上流方向をそれぞれ指している。

Claims (9)
- ガスタービンエンジンのタービンに用いられ、冷却空気を利用して冷却可能なタービン翼において、
内部に冷却空気を流入可能な冷却通路が形成され、翼面に複数の有底穴が形成され、各有底穴の下流側内壁部が厚み方向に対して下流方向へ傾斜してあって、各有底穴の底部に冷却空気を噴き出し可能な噴出孔が前記冷却通路に連通して形成され、各噴出孔の孔中心線が前記下流側内壁部に沿うようになっていることを特徴とするタービン翼。 - 前記有底穴の前記下流側内壁部に平行な面に対する各噴出孔の孔中心線の傾斜角が±20度以下に設定してあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービン翼。
- 各噴出孔が出口側に向かって拡張されたシェイプド型に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のタービン翼。
- 少なくともいずれかの前記有底穴がスパン方向へ延びた有底溝であって、前記有底溝の底部に複数の前記噴出孔がスパン方向に間隔を置いて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のうちのいずれかの請求項に記載のタービン翼。
- 各噴出孔の上流側内壁部が厚み方向に対して上流方向へ傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のうちのいずれかの請求項に記載のタービン翼。
- 各噴出孔の前記下流側内壁部の縁側及び前記上流側内壁部の縁側のうちの少なくともいずれかが滑らかな曲面を呈していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタービン翼。
- 各噴出孔の上流側内壁部が厚み方向に対して平行になっていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のうちのいずれかの請求項に記載のタービン翼。
- 内部にスパン方向へ延びた仕切壁が形成され、前記仕切壁によって前記冷却通路が区画形成され、いずれかの前記有底穴が翼面における前記仕切壁に整合する箇所に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のうちのいずれかの請求項に記載のタービン翼。
- ガスタービンエンジンに用いられ、冷却空気を利用して冷却可能なエンジン部品において、
内部に冷却空気を流入可能な冷却通路が形成され、表面に複数の有底穴が形成され、各有底穴の下流側内壁部が厚み方向に対して下流方向へ傾斜してあって、各有底穴の底部に冷却空気を噴き出し可能な噴出孔が前記冷却通路に連通して形成され、各噴出孔の孔中心線が前記下流側内壁部に沿うようになっていることを特徴とするエンジン部品。
