Claims (9)
- ガスタービンエンジンのタービン翼(12)であって、
幅方向に離間した正圧および負圧側壁(42、44)であり、翼基部(34)から翼先端(36)まで翼長(S)に沿って外側に延び、対向する前縁および後縁(LE、TE)の間で翼弦方向(C)に延びる正圧および負圧側壁(42、44)と、
翼長方向に離間した後縁冷却孔(30)の翼長方向の列(38)であり、前記正圧および負圧側壁(42、44)の間で前記翼(12)に収容されるとともに、実質的に前記後縁(TE)まで翼弦方向に延び翼長方向に離間した対応する後縁冷却スロット(66)で終端する後縁冷却孔(30)の翼長方向の列(38)と
を備え、
前記冷却孔(30)のそれぞれは、前記後縁冷却スロット(66)に通じる1つ以上の計量部(100)を含み、
前記計量部(100)は、正圧側壁面(39)および負圧側壁面(40)の間で規定され、
前記計量部(100)は、前記正圧側壁面(39)および前記負圧側壁面(40)のうちの少なくとも一方から離れるように、前記後縁冷却スロット(66)まで前記計量部(100)の長手方向に延びる、少なくとも1つの揚げフロア(88)を備え、
前記揚げフロア(88)は、上部ランプ(90)と、下部ランプ(94)と、前記上部および下部ランプ(90、94)の間の平坦な遷移部(92)とを含む、
タービン翼(12)。 - 前記列(38)の複数の前記後縁冷却孔(30)の各々が、前記揚げフロア(88)を備える前記計量部(100)を含む、請求項1に記載のタービン翼(12)。
- 前記後縁冷却スロット(66)のうちの翼長方向に隣接するスロットの間に配置された平坦部(50)と、前記平坦部(50)の間で前記後縁冷却スロット(66)に配置されたスロットフロア(51)とをさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載のタービン翼(12)。
- 前記冷却スロット(66)のそれぞれの周りで前記正圧側壁(42)の外面(43)と共面上または同一平面上にある前記平坦部(50)をさらに備える、請求項3に記載のタービン翼(12)。
- 下流方向(D)に連続する冷却流との関係で、前記冷却孔(30)の入口(70)と、前記計量部(100)と、前記後縁冷却スロット(66)および前記入口(70)にある前記上部ランプ(90)とを含む、前記冷却孔(30)のそれぞれを備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のタービン翼(12)。
- 前記揚げフロア(88)は、前記計量部(100)の全長に渡って延びる、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のタービン翼(12)。
- 前記計量部(100)は、漸拡部(102)を含み、該漸拡部(102)は、前記冷却スロット(66)を少なくとも部分的に通じて下流方向(D)に延びる、少なくとも1つの揚げフロア(88)と、
をさらに備える、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のタービン翼(12)。 - タービンブレード(32)であって、
基台(14)と一体に形成された請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のタービン翼(12)と、
