Abstract
【解決手段】分散重合法により製造された高分子分散液からなる重量平均分子量が500万〜1000万の水溶性高分子を抄紙前の製紙原料中に添加することで上記課題を解決することができる。また最後のスクリーンを通過した主製紙原料流の一部をバイパス流とし、前記バイパス流を更に二つに分流した後、前記水溶性高分子と前記二つの分流とを混合手段によって混合し、その後前記主製紙原料流の一箇所に還流させることにより、更に効果を得ることができる。

Description
R1は水素又はメチル基、R2、R3は炭素数1〜3のアルキル基、アルコキシ基あるいはベンジル基、R4は水素、炭素数1〜3のアルキル基、アルコキシ基あるいはベンジル基であり、同種でも異種でも良い。Aは酸素またはNH、Bは炭素数2〜4のアルキレン基またはアルコキシレン基、X1は陰イオンをそれぞれ表わす。
R5は水素又はメチル基、R6、R7は炭素数1〜3のアルキル基、アルコキシ基あるいはベンジル基、X2は陰イオンをそれぞれ表わす。をそれぞれ表わす
R8は水素、メチル基又はカルボキシメチル基、QはSO3−、C6H4SO3−、CONHC(CH3)2CH2SO3−、C6H4COO−あるいはCOO−、R9は水素又はCOO−Y2+、Y1あるいはY2は水素又は陽イオンをそれぞれ表わす。
これらイオン性高分子からなる高分子分散剤の添加量としては、対単量体1〜30質量%であり、好ましくは2〜20質量%である。1%以下では、分散剤としての効果がなく、30%以上では、分散液の粘性が高くなる上、コスト的に不利になる。

Claims (6)
- 下記一般式(1)及び/又は(2)で表わされるカチオン性単量体2〜35モル%、下記一般式(3)で表わされるアニオン性単量体2〜25モル%及び(メタ)アクリルアミド40〜96モル%からなる単量体混合物を、塩水溶液中で該塩水溶液に可溶なイオン性高分子からなる分散剤共存下で分散重合法により製造された高分子分散液からなる重量平均分子量が500万〜1000万の水溶性高分子を、抄紙前の製紙原料中に添加することを特徴とする製紙方法。
R1は水素又はメチル基、R2、R3は炭素数1〜3のアルキル基、アルコキシ基あるいはベンジル基、R4は水素、炭素数1〜3のアルキル基、アルコキシ基あるいはベンジル基であり、同種でも異種でも良い。Aは酸素またはNH、Bは炭素数2〜4のアルキレン基またはアルコキシレン基、X1は陰イオンをそれぞれ表わす。
R5は水素又はメチル基、R6、R7は炭素数1〜3のアルキル基、アルコキシ基あるいはベンジル基、X2は陰イオンをそれぞれ表わす
R8は水素、メチル基又はカルボキシメチル基、QはSO3−、C6H4SO3−、CONHC(CH3)2CH2SO3−、C6H4COO−あるいはCOO−、R9は水素又はCOO−Y2+、Y1あるいはY2は水素又は陽イオンをそれぞれ表わす。 - 紙力増強剤を併用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製紙方法。
- 前記製紙原料において、最後のスクリーンを通過した主製紙原料流の一部をバイパス流とし、前記バイパス流を更に二つに分流した後、請求項1の水溶性高分子と前記二つの分流とを混合手段によって混合し、その後前記主製紙原料流の一箇所に還流させることにより、前記水溶性高分子を添加・混合することを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載の製紙方法。
- 前記主製紙原料流のバイパス流に替えて、主製紙原料流に循環される白水をバイパス流として使用することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の製紙方法。
- 前記製紙原料が板紙用製紙原料であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の製紙方法。
- 前記水溶性高分子の添加率が製紙原料の乾燥固形分に対して0.03〜0.1質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の製紙方法。
