Abstract
【解決手段】互いに異なる極性を持つ二つの電極にそれぞれ連結された電極タップを備える電極組立体と、前記電極タップが外部に引き出しされる状態で前記電極組立体を収納するケースと、前記ケースを密封するための接着部材を含み、前記接着部材はケースが接着される部位に備えられる。

Claims (20)
- カバーと、第1空間及び第1表面部を持つ本体と、を含むケースと、
前記第1空間内に位置して電極組立体から外部へ延長された少なくとも一つの電極タップを含む電極組立体と、
前記カバーの一部分と接触して前記カバーと前記第1表面部とを接着するインターフェース部と、を備え、
前記インターフェース部は、前記ケースの第1表面部に位置する少なくとも一つの接着部材を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記インターフェース部の厚さは、前記カバーまたは第1表面部の厚さより厚いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極タップは、前記第1空間の外部へ延長され、前記接着部材の少なくとも一部分が前記電極タップと第1表面部との間に介在されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースは、内部樹脂層、外部樹脂層及びこれらの間に介在された金属層を持つラミネートに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記内部樹脂層は接着層を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記内部樹脂層は、キャストポリプロピレンで形成されて、前記金属層はアルミニウム層を含み、
前記外部樹脂層は延伸ナイロンフィルムを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。 - 前記少なくとも一つの接着部材は、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート及びポリアクリロナイトリルのうちいずれか一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記少なくとも一つの接着部材は、100μmないし200μmの厚さであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記少なくとも一つの接着部材は、複数の層で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記少なくとも一つの接着部材は、第1層、第2層及び第3層を含み、前記第1層は前記カバーと接触して、前記第3層は前記ケースの第1表面部と接触することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1層、第2層及び第3層は、同じ物質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記接着部材の複数の層は、第1及び第2層と、これらの間に介在されるスペーサを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1及び第2層は、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート及びポリアクリロナイトリルのうちいずれか一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記スペーサは、金属またはプラスチックで形成されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記スペーサは、アルミニウム、ステンレススチール、ニッケル、ポリカーボネート、ナイロン、ポリアミド、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレートのうちいずれか一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 前記スペーサには、少なくとも一つの段差が形成されて、前記少なくとも一つの電極タップは少なくとも一つの段差を介して前記ケースの第1空間から外部へ延長されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースの第1表面部は、前記第1空間を取り囲むように延長されたフランジを含み、前記第1空間は前記電極組立体を少なくとも部分的に収納する収納部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記少なくとも一つの接着部材は、前記カバー及びフランジの間に介在されるように前記フランジ上に位置することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースの第1表面部は、平坦面を含み、前記第1空間は平坦面および少なくとも一つ以上の接着部材によって形成され、前記少なくとも一つの接着部材によって前記第1空間の深みが決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記接着部材の少なくとも一部分は少なくとも一つの電極タップと直接接触されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
