Abstract
【解決手段】複数の画素を含む表示部と、入力電圧が供給される入力端に対して絶縁された、出力端および基準端と、入力電圧の供給を受けて第1電源電圧を生成する電源供給部と、基準端に第2電源電圧を供給するバイアス回路とを含み、第1電源電圧および第2電源電圧は、複数の画素を駆動させるための電圧であり、バイアス回路は、接地を基準に第2電源電圧を基準端および複数の画素に供給し、複数の画素に流れる電流は、基準端に流れる表示装置が提供される。

Claims (10)
- 複数の画素を含む表示部と、
入力電圧が供給される入力端に対して絶縁された、出力端および基準端と、
前記入力電圧の供給を受けて第1電源電圧を生成する電源供給部と、
前記基準端に第2電源電圧を供給するバイアス回路と、
を含み、
前記第1電源電圧および前記第2電源電圧は、前記複数の画素を駆動させるための電圧であり、
前記バイアス回路は、接地を基準に前記第2電源電圧を前記基準端および前記複数の画素に供給し、
前記複数の画素に流れる電流は、前記基準端に流れることを特徴とする、表示装置。 - 前記第1電源電圧は、有機発光ダイオードを駆動させるためのELVDD電圧であり、
前記第2電源電圧は、有機発光ダイオードを駆動させるためのELVSS電圧であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記出力端の出力電圧は、前記基準端の基準電位より前記ELVDD電圧および前記ELVSS電圧の絶対値の合計だけ高い電圧であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2電源電圧は、接地より低い電圧であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の画素は、
有機発光ダイオードと、
前記第1電源電圧が供給されるELVDD電極から前記有機発光ダイオードに流れる電流量を制御する駆動トランジスタと、
前記駆動トランジスタのゲート電極にデータ信号を印加させるスイッチングトランジスタと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 有機発光表示装置の電界発光のために第1電源電圧および第2電源電圧を供給する電源装置において、
供給される入力電圧に基づいて第1電源電圧を生成し、前記入力電圧が供給される入力端に対して絶縁された、出力端および基準端を含む電源回路と、
前記基準端に前記第2電源電圧を供給するバイアス回路と、
を含むことを特徴とする、有機発光表示装置のための電源装置。 - 前記出力端は、前記有機発光表示装置のELVDD電源に連結され、
前記基準端は、前記有機発光表示装置のELVSS電源に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置のための電源装置。 - 前記第1電源電圧は、有機発光ダイオードを駆動させるためのELVDD電圧であり、
前記第2電源電圧は、有機発光ダイオードを駆動させるためのELVSS電圧であることを特徴とする、請求項6、または請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置のための電源装置。 - 前記出力端の出力電圧は、前記ELVDD電圧および前記ELVSS電圧を合計した電圧であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置のための電源装置。
- 前記第2電源電圧は、接地より低い電圧であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置のための電源装置。
