Claims (14)
- 粉末ホッパ(2)と、表面(3)を有するプレート(11)とを備えた投薬デバイス(1)であって、
前記プレート(11)に、粒状物質を受容するように適合させた少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5)と、該少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5)内へ粒状物質を移動させるために前記表面(3)に沿って移動可能な充填手段(6)とが設けられ、
該充填手段(6)は、前記粒状物質が前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5)内へ押し込まれるように前記表面に向かう方向において前記粒状物質に圧縮力を与えるようにしたものである投薬デバイス。 - スクレーパ手段(14)をさらに備え、
該スクレーパ手段(14)は前記表面(3)に沿って移動可能である請求項1に記載の投薬デバイス。 - 前記充填手段(6)は、前記表面(3)に対して略垂直な方向にも移動可能である請求項1または2に記載の投薬デバイス。
- 前記充填手段(6)は、前記表面(3)に向けて付勢されている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の投薬デバイス。
- 前記スクレーパ手段(14)は、前記表面(3)に向けて付勢されている請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の投薬デバイス。
- 前記充填手段(6)は、前記スクレーパ手段(14)よりも小さな力で前記表面(3)に向けて付勢されている請求項4または5に記載の投薬デバイス。
- 前記表面(3)は、円形形状を有し、且つ、幾つかのキャビティ(5)を備え、
該キャビティ(5)は、前記表面(3)の周縁部に環状に配置されている請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の投薬デバイス。 - 前記充填手段(6)と前記スクレーパ手段(14)とは、共通のボス(15)に設けられている請求項2から7のいずれか1項に記載の投薬デバイス。
- 前記共通のボス(15)は、キャビティ(5)の前記環状部の中心に配置されている請求項7に組み合わされた請求項8に記載の投薬デバイス。
- 前記充填手段(6)は少なくとも1つのホイールで構成され、
該ホイールは前記表面(3)上で回転可能である請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の投薬デバイス。 - 共通のボス(15)に配設された2つのホイール(6)と2つのスクレーパ(14)とを有する充填機構(13)を備えた請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の投薬デバイス。
- 投薬デバイス(1)のプレート(11)に設けられたキャビティ(5)に所定量の粒状物質を充填する方法であって、
粉末ホッパ(2)に粒状物質を供給する工程と、
充填手段(6)が前記粒状物質に対して前記プレート(11)に向かう方向に圧縮力を与えるように該プレート(11)の表面(3)に沿って前記充填手段(6)を移動させる工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記表面(3)上の圧迫された粒状物質をスクレーパ手段(14)によりほぐす工程をさらに含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記粒状物質は、ドライパウダー吸入器に使用される医薬品粉末を含む請求項12または13に記載の方法。
