Claims (15)
- 柔軟性フォイルバッグ(3)が収納されたプラスチックボトル(2)を有する包装ユニットであって、中空中間空間(5)が前記プラスチックボトル(2)の内壁面と前記フォイルバッグ(3)の外面との間の少なくとも幾つかの領域に形成されている包装ユニットにおいて、
前記フォイルバッグ(3)は、前記中間空間(5)内に配置された手段の力によって自動的に少なくとも部分的に弾性的に収縮すると共に(或いは)少なくとも幾つかの領域において圧縮可能であると共に/或いはつぶれることができるよう構成されている、
ことを特徴とする包装ユニット。 - 前記フォイルバッグ(3)は、該フォイルバッグ(3)内に入れられた包装品(6)が互いに押し合うように前記包装品(6)を包み込むと共に前記包装品(6)にまとわりつき、特に、前記フォイルバッグ(3)は、少なくとも或る特定の分量の包装品(6)が取り出されるまで、取り出される包装品の量に従って収縮すると共に/或いはつぶれると共に/或いは圧縮されるよう設計されている、
請求項1記載の包装ユニット。 - 前記中間空間(5)は、前記フォイルバッグ(3)と連携して、衝撃又は打撃を緩衝すると共に/或いは吸収する減衰及び/又は緩衝手段を形成し、或いは、
打撃又は衝撃を緩衝すると共に/或いは吸収する減衰及び/又は緩衝手段が前記中間空間(5)内に少なくとも幾つかの領域で配置され、或いは、
前記中間空間(5)には、前記フォイルバッグ(3)を該フォイルバッグ(3)内に入っている包装品(6)に付着させ、包装品(6)を取り出すと、前記中間空間(5)を拡張し、特に前記フォイルバッグ(3)を圧縮する手段が充填されている、
請求項1又は2記載の包装ユニット。 - 前記手段は、
好ましくは過剰圧力下で前記中間空間(5)内に導入されるガス、特に空気又は不活性ガスであり、或いは、
前記中間空間(5)内に設けられた弾性的に圧縮可能な材料、好ましくはフォーム又はフォーム材料、特に連続気泡フォームのインサート(9)であり、或いは、
前記中間空間(5)内に設けられ、好ましくは前記プラスチックボトル(2)の底壁(7)に載り、特に、中央箇所から延びる広がりばねアームを備えたばね要素の形態をしたばね要素である、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の包装ユニット。 - 前記フォイルバッグ(3)及び/又は前記インサート(9)の前記弾性的に圧縮可能な材料及び/又は前記ばね要素は、ポリウレタンエラストマー、細胞状ポリウレタンエラストマー、熱可塑性材料、特に高密度ポリプロピレン若しくはポリエチレン又はフォイルラミネートから成る、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の包装ユニット。 - 前記プラスチックボトル(2)は、前記中間空間(5)を前記外気に結合する通気通路を有し、好ましくは、前記プラスチックボトル(2)は、特に前記プラスチックボトルの壁に設けられ、前記中間空間(5)への連結部を有する弁を備えている、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の包装ユニット。 - 前記フォイルバッグ(3)には、包装品(6)としてプレーン若しくはコーテッド錠剤又は充填カプセルの形態をした有効物質薬剤が充填されている、
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の包装ユニット。 - 乾燥剤が前記中間空間(5)内に配置されている、
請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の包装ユニット。 - 柔軟性及び/又は弾性フォイルバッグ(3)が収納されたプラスチックボトル(2)を有する包装ユニット(1,1′)を製造する方法であって、中空中間空間(5)が前記プラスチックボトル(2)の内壁面と前記フォイルバッグ(3)の外面との間の少なくとも幾つかの領域に形成されている方法において、前記中間空間(5)を形成するよう前記プラスチックボトル(2)内にはフォイルバッグ(3)が収納され、負圧を前記中間空間(5)に及ぼして前記フォイルバッグ(3)を少なくとも所々、前記プラスチックボトル(2)の内壁面に、特に前記内壁面の少なくとも部分拡張により付着させるようになっており、前記フォイルバッグ(3)に包装品(6)としてプレーン若しくはコーテッド錠剤又は充填カプセルの形態をした前記フォイルバッグから取り出し可能な有効物質薬剤を充填し、次に及ぼした負圧を除く、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 次に、前記中間空間(5)に特に過剰圧力下で乾燥剤及び/又はガスを充填する、
請求項9記載の方法。 - 負圧を及ぼす前に、乾燥剤及び/又はばね要素及び/又は弾性的に圧縮可能な材料のインサート(9)を前記中間空間(5)中に導入する、
請求項9又は10記載の方法。 - 請求項9の前提部に記載されたプラスチックボトル(2)を製造する方法において、前記プラスチックボトル(2)内にフォイルバッグ(3)を収納して前記中間空間(5)を形成し、前記フォイルバッグ(3)に包装品(6)としてプレーン若しくはコーテッド錠剤又は充填カプセルの形態をした前記フォイルバッグから取り出し可能な有効物質薬剤を充填し、次に、前記中間空間(5)に好ましくは過剰圧力下でガスを充填し、特に、前記フォイルバッグ(3)を少なくとも幾つかの領域において前記包装品(6)に被着させ、包装品(6)が取り出されると、前記フォイルバッグ(3)を前記包装品の取り出しに対応した量だけ圧縮する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記中間空間(5)に前記ガスを充填する前に乾燥剤を前記中間空間(5)内に配置する、
請求項12記載の方法。 - 請求項9の前提部に記載されたプラスチックボトル(2)を製造する方法において、前記プラスチックボトル(2)内にフォイルバッグ(3)を収納して前記中間空間(5)を形成し、ばね要素及び/又は弾性的に圧縮可能な材料のインサート(9)を前記中間空間(5)内に配置し、前記フォイルバッグ(3)に包装品(6)としてプレーン若しくはコーテッド錠剤又は充填カプセルの形態をした前記フォイルバッグから取り出し可能な有効物質薬剤を充填して前記ばね要素及び/又は前記インサートを圧縮するようにする、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ばね要素及び/又は前記インサート(9)の導入前及び/又は導入後に乾燥剤を前記中間空間(5)内に導入し、特に、前記フォイルバッグ(3)の充填を行っている間、負圧を前記中間空間(5)に及ぼす、
